Worst El Torrito Experience Ever. I typically love El Torrito food and even service, but I've recently had the worst experience I've had at a restaurant period. Me and my husband came in a little late and they were about to close in one hour. We actually asked them if they can serve us before we would be a bother and they said no problem. The place was actually pretty full. Well when we sat down and were ready to order we didn't even see out waitress until 20 minutes after we sat down. We got no chips and dip and ordered 2 dinners that were not even what we ordered. My husband didn't want to complain but we decided to order dessert. We got a chocolate cake thing with ice cream on top. The ice cream was old and tasted like freezer and the cake was re-heated too much that it was hard. The worst part of it all is our waitress was very rude. I will be in the middle of asking her for napkins, silver ware, and lemons...and she would walk away as I was talking to her. Usually I would recommend El Toriitos but this restaurant ruined my experience.
