Very Good Place Very Kind. My mother died and we had to have a funeral here in the United States and then ship her body to the Phillipines for another funeral and burial. The people at Ferrara arranged everything including the flight. We had a private viewing in their chapel for our family and a mass next door at the church. My mother arrived safely in Manila and the burial was perfect. They are so kind at Ferrara we thank God for their help.

The best in the business.. This funeral home handled my mother several years ago. I dealt with the owner who was very kind and compassionate. The service was wonderful. My Father passed away recently in a neighboring county. I called to see if they could reccomend someone. I spoke to the son of the owner who was very kind and compassionate. I ended up feeling so comfortable that I decided to do the service in Orange County. I am glad I did. Once again their work was superb. Their staff and family were so kind. Our friends who made the drive also said the service was perfect My parents are now buried together. I am glad I came back. The drive was more than worth it.

Best in Orange. My father died in December. This funeral home has helped us many times. They knew money was tight for us and they still provided us with excellent service. i can not thank them enough for all they have done.

INEXPENSIVE AND GOOD. A family member passed away and I looked around for a good deal. I wanted a simple cremation and found that the price varied widely. I spoke to a few places and Ferrara Mortuary had the best combination of price and professionalism. Some places like Fairhaven and Neptune were really expensive, and some places like Shannon Bryan and Omega did not make me comfortable. I received the ashes back in less than a week and eveything has been up front, easy and inexpensive. Can't ask for much more than that.

Always serves Vietnamese community and our church.. Ferrars Colonial Mortuary has always served our local Vietnamese community and church. They have always been gracious to us and this time was no exception. They were kind and caring. Our service was very early in the morning and they had eveything ready by 5 am. The service was beautiful and sad. The director Joe was so kind and caring. They were also very affordable. We were going to get a casket somewhere else but Ferrara's price for the same one was lower. We will not go anywhere else.

Inexpensive services. Real good service.. We thought we had to have a cremation because we had no money. This place gave us a full burial for the same price others charged for cremation. The pople are very cool and their place is very nice. Good people.

The finest funeral home in Orange County. A friend of mine committed suicide soon after returning from Iraq and I attended the service at Ferrara Colonial Mortuary. I helped my friend's family with the arrangements and was really impressed with the director there. The director Joe was really compassionate and arranged things so that it was affordable. We opted for a cremation but Joe arranged a chapel service in their facility with full military honors. They had the 21 gun salute and taps right there at the chapel on the premises. The Marines folded the flag and presented it to my friends mom and I wept like a baby. He collected the emty shell casings and presented it to my friend's dad. He hugged Joe and I could see that that affected Joe as well. Eveything went like clockwork. It was a beautiful service. Unfortunately I have attended a lot of services. This is the one I will remember. The respect, care, professionalism and kindness far surpassed any of the other services I have attended. I seem to have been in every funeral home in town. This one is the best by far. Semper fidelis brother.

The best I have seen. Ferrara Colonial Mortuary was a center of calm during the crisis that befell us. When everything was chaos they stayed calm and caring. Under these crazy and sad circumstances their professionalism really came through. Simply the best I have dealt with. Their manager handled everything personally. He was always on top of every little thing. I am sure we were a major headache, but he treated us like family. Thank you.

Very Caring. A very nice place filled with caring professionals. The service I attended was beautiful. The staff was wonderful and everyone appreciated their kindness. The people there are truly good. I appreciate what they do so much more now.

Best for pre-arranging funerals. I went there to pre-arrange my own services. I am not dying, just putting things in order along with a trust etc. They were fantastic. Honest, professional, caring. You hust don't see this kind of service anymore. They were fair and up front. They offered to come to my home but I wanted to see the place. Its very nice. An oasis in the hills of Orange. I strongly recommend them.
