This is Brad Campbell, CEO of Payday Workforce Solutions. The below review from Jkanglive is not a client or ex-client. The review was an attempt of an ex-employee who we fired to bad mouth our company. It is easy for anyone to write whatever they want on a business. Everyone at Payday works very, very hard for all our clients in providing the best customer service in the industry. With our cutting edge technology and old fashion customer service we are one of the most respected payroll services in S. California.

We have been in business since 1996 and we live by our statement " You are not just a number!" It is a shame that unethical people like Jkanglive has to hide behind a computer. worst of the worst. If you want to work with an unethical company to handle your most sensitive information, then use this company. Otherwise, stay away. Service is poor. Price varies from customer to customer. Turnover is terrible. The rep that sold me was gone by the time I signed up. The payroll person was gone after a few weeks. It is obvious the 5 star ratings were written by the owner or some internal staff member. The owner is deflects all problems and blames it on his staff. Hey buddy, you are the company! Maybe you should think of selling the company to someone who can actually run a business right and treat customers properly.

New Customer of Payday. I initially met with three other payroll company representatives and received their proposals. After each meeting, I felt that what they were offering was no different than what we currently had. After meeting with Payday I was impressed with their approach, stating that they were looking at it as a long term relationship. I was comfortable with signing up and have been extremely happy with the way everyone has treated me. For the past several months I have been extremely happy with their service. I am looking forward to a very long relationship with them and would be happy to recommend them to any business owner.

Great Reports. I have a chain of 3 Stores and we were with Payroll Solutions. We were having issues on trying to get the reports we needed there so we had one of the sales reps from Payday Payroll Service come in and gave her are report wish list. I thought that if they could produce 4 out of the 8 reports I gave her that it would be an improvement. A week later she called me to let me know she could produce all 8!!!! WOW! This included a report that would give me one report with all 3 stores having their costs broken down. At first I thought it was only a sales pitch, but she actually sent me 2 of the reports we asked for for me to look at. After we started with Payday in January 2010, we had all 3 custom reports designed and delivered to us. These reports save us 10 hours a week of manual work we had to do prior to Payday. Now I am thinking of other reports to help!

Best of the Best. Payday is an awesome company. They are there to help in any way they can for your small business and even large businesses. My husband and I have had our own drywall business since 2002. In the beginning we thought we could do all the accounting part by ourselves. We soon found out that this wasn't possible since I was working another full time job myself. So we enlisted the help of Payday. The customer service reps are really helpful in explaining the options of what they do and listened attentively to what we wanted.

We essentially used Payday for all these years. They are really priced well not over priced on any of the services they offer. They complete all the tax forms needed for the business. Any time we had an issue they were a phone call away. They even made it easy to get the payroll.

We really love this company and the work they provide for small businesses.

So good. In order for me to write a review takes a lot for me. I usually do not have the time, but I had to tell everyone in Cyberspace how great this company has been for our company. We have several restaurants in Orange County and we have been with Payday for 4 years. When we first started with them we were running around trying to get all the hours and tips from our employees, but working with their staff we were shown their time clocks and we were able to save over 10 hours per pay period. We always get our questions answered quickly and our rep is helpful. If you need a payroll company, Payday is a great choice.

A welcome relief. I have been doing payroll for over 20 years, even before computers! We were originally approached by ADP in the late 80's to process our payroll. They would take care of all the problems we were having, like paying the freakin taxes on time, and remembering to pay our employees. What a great idea I thought! We had been using them for a number of years, always having issues( paying the employees the wrong amount, dealing with a different person each time I called, that is if I could even get someone on the phone) Then we found PAYDAY and Crystal, our rep there. She answers all my questions and my payrolls are finally correct! We have been using them since June 2008 and are glad we are with them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a payroll service

Awesome Payroll Company !. This company is wonderful! Start up was a breeze. The reports are easy to follow. All payrolls and quaterlys, W-2's etc are all filed on time. Anytime we have had questions, they are promptly and accurately handled. We had one issue which was triggerred by the IRS and Payday stepped in and helped us sort thru it. If it was not for them, we are sure it would have been a night mare. I would recommend this company to anyone. We have been doing business with Payday for 8+ years now.

Such a relief!!!. Coming from ADP, Payday is a breath of fresh air. Everytime I call, they answer my questions right away. We always had problems at ADP getting a straight answer, but not at Payday. The reports took some time to find everything I needed for our accounting system, but they even created a report for me so I can have all the information on one report.

We started off using them for just payroll, but have since added time clocks, their HR product ( I can't remember the name, but it is on their main web page) and we just started using their pay as you go workers comp. program. So everything is going smooth.

We have been using them for 5 years, and I would highly recommend them, especially Laura, our rep. She is always so nice on the phone, and e-mails me reports while I am asking for them. Now that is service!

Worst Payroll Ever. I 110% agree with Outsider73 on this one. Whenever I had a problem with a payroll Manny (our account manager) would fix it and get back to me within 15 minutes. However the rest or the management team and the owner are total A**holes. Towards the beginning of our relationship there was a ridiculous charge on a statement, so i contacted THE OWNER of the company and he stated that he would have to get with accounting to see if they could waive the fee. I mean come on, you are the freaking owner of a company, if our business means that much to you, YOU can waive any fee you want. Going to Payday was not our choice, we never wanted their business but our old payroll company sold all of their clients to them and we were stuck. This doesn't even count the year end statements. When Payday bought out our old payroll company, it should be Payday's responsibility to make sure that all Y-T-D figures are correct. Not once did Payday ever contact us to ask, but they sent out (Wrong) Year end statements (which we had already paid for) then we had to correct the statements and The CFO of the Payday charged us to do them again (for their mistake). That is not how to run a proper business. Payday may claim that they have been in the business for a couple decades, but they wont last for much more. If they contact you wanting your business, I only have one suggestion, RUN! Do not go with Payday.

I too only put 1 star (Because I had to). In my eyes that is a compliment to them.
