Nice Service!. I went in for brake pad replacement and they found that I needed to replace the rotors. I believe the previous place I got my brakes done might have screwed them up.

Had to come in for 2 separate visits due to ordering of the rotors. 2nd time didn't charge me tax or labor which was awesome. Yeah rotors range about 30-60$ each on the internet. But nice people.

Best experience ever!. From the first moment I walked into Precision Collision I felt like they were there for me 100%. I was still very upset from the accident and didn't really know what to do. I had never been in an accident before. Bobbie asked me a few questions and realized I knew nothing about the process. She told me not to worry she would help me through it. She explained to me that I first needed to call my Insurance Co. to file the claim. She let me use the phone to do so. Then Jason did an estimate and explained it thoroughly to me so I would know what to expect. They set me up with a rental car and I was on my way. It only took a few days to repair my car and it turned out beautiful. I will definately be bringing all my business here in the future and will recommend to all my friends and associates. Nothing beats a small mom and pop shop!

Great repair job, bumpy ride!. My daughters car was rearended. We took it to PC. They fixed it up ok. But after a few weeks we noticed a few items needed attention. They said to bring it back and bent over backwards to make it right. They called several times to make sure everything was right. I figure no one is perfect. But when a shop is willing to go the extra mile and make things right, well, they get my business the next time too. My BMW go hit last week and is now at their shop, I have no worries that they will make it perfect too. I.m a return customer. Highly recommended

Nice work. Good, fast service; car looks like brand new. Friendly staff. No-frills waiting area, but they're efficient and knowledgable. I recommend.

SMART AND TALANTED PEOPLE,QUALITY REPAIRS,FREE LOANER CARS. MY CAR WAS REPAIRED PREFECT,COLOR MATCHED AND PANELS LINED UP AS FACTORY.THEY EVEN ALIGNED MY SUSPENSION.THEY THE INSURANCE COMPANY TO COVER EVERYTHING.I ALWAYS RECOMMEND THEM.THEY HAVE BEEN IN THE CITY OF ORANGE SINCE 1984 AND KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING.

These Guys Are Lying, Robbing Crooks!. I got my car smashed in, and this tow truck comes up and takes my car off to this place PRECISION COLLISION, which is actually PERFACT COLLISION next door. They charge me $3,200. But! They didn't fix my cracked window washer bottle, they leave a wire on the speed sensor uncut, they leave the seatbelt loose because of the airbag, and they replace the left side blinker with a bike reflector! These guys are terrible. If your car is with them, take it out now, and go somewhere else, anywhere else.
