awful costumer service. i went into this store expecting great costumer service and i recieved exacly the opposite it was a horrible experience trying to purchase anything with the red hair lady whom never seemed to get up from where she was and simply ignored me like if i wasnt there. i had to walk up to her myself and ask if anybody was going to help me and she gave me a rude look as if she didnt want to do anything . im never going back to this shop.

VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER........ I purchased several rings and was met by two very helpful staff members who where very professional and seemed to know just what I was in the market for. I was very pleased with my purchase and the price was incredibly reasonable. I had a bracelet that needed repair and they went above and beyond the call of duty to repair my bracelet. I also dealt the e-bay representative in the back room with regards to some e-bay items and I could not have asked for a more informative, genuine, professional service as I had received from Mark and all in my price range. YOU MUST CHECK IT OUT! I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. I won't go anywhere else for my items-(E-Bay and in shop). I will recommend this shop to family and friends. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!

Great All Around Shop. I love this shop. It is clean and big. The jewelry department is wonderful. I never have to pay retail again! My son's love the guitars, pedals and amps. If they were older they would love the guns. Tools galore. Pick up a gift, a goodie or a trinket. Need a music instrument for school? They have it. Need a new TV? They have it. Want a new fishing rod/reel? Guess what they have it. Go and look. It is not for everyone, but I think it is great!

DONT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!. SO I WENT IN HERE AND PAWNED SOME JEWELRY. IVE NEVER PAWNED ANY BEFORE AND IT SEEMED LIKE THE 2 MEN WERE OUT TO GET WHAT I HAD. I ASKED HOW MUCH I COULD GET FOR SOME ITEMS AND THEY TOLD ME ABOUT 10% OF WHAT I PAID FOR THEM. I NEEDED THE MONEY TO PAY FOR BILLS AND ASKED IF I COULD BUY THEM BACK NEXT WEEK. THEY SAID YES SO I GAVE THEM WHAT THEY WANTED AND GOT 200$ IN RETURN. I GO BACK THE FOLLOWING WEEK AND ASK FOR MY ITEMS BACK WITH THE RECEIPTS AND 200$ CASH. THEY SAID THEY COULD CHARGE ME ANYTHING THEY THOUGHT THE ITEMS WERE WORTH FOR WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE ABOUT 1,200$ ALL TOGETHER! I WAS SO MAD AT THESE 2 GREEDY BASTARDS FOR NOT TELLING ME THIS IN THE 1ST PLACE! AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Very Bad Customer Service. I called on Aug 6th and needed to get a loan on my laptop and Pete asked me the brand and told me to foget it when I told him my laptop was a month old and hung up on me no Sorry we cant help you mam just plain hung up So I will never go there nore recommend this shop with that kind of Customer Service.
