33.788885 -117.923001Better than the Olive Garden!. We always saw the colorful ad placed in the Pennysaver, and decided to try their advertised weekend all you can eat pizza, salad, and pasta special. What a wonderful experience! The service is great, and all staff members there make you feel at home. They even engage conversation with the kids, which makes them feel special. The homemade minestrone soup is awesome, and the salad tastes better than most side salads that other restaurants serve. Not to mention they offer a Ranch dressing option...how many Italian restaurants out there only offer Italian??? The spaghetti with Meatballs is to die for...this restaurant incorporates vegetables in their meat sauce which gives it a very hearty flavor. Their pasta is a perfect al dente! Their creamy pesto sauce is yummy, and I'm not a pesto fan by any means. They have a big menu, and offer enough variety to please any appetite. Pizza fans...you will not be disappointed! Their crust reminds me of the old pizzaria days, so soft and fresh. We tried their homemade Tiramisu, and they drizzle their version with chocolate sauce which gives the dessert such a nice flavor. I can't say enough about Carolina's! Our family used to frequent the Olive Garden three times a month. Now, we frequent Carolina's every weekend. I should also mention that Carolina's also carries an impressive beer and wine selection. They have so many domestic and import beer choices...I was surprised to notice that I hadn't heard of a lot of the beers listed. I haven't any of them yet, but I'm sure it will not disappoint!!!!
East to west carolinas is the BEST. wow usually im a picky eater but this place was great!!!when i first went inside i was lik uhh i hate small restraunts, which carolinas is, but as we were seated by the sweetist girl ever things got better. She arrived with a garlic cheeze bread then took our meals...i hate the taste of italy and my friend had the chicken alla anthany, both dishes were amazing. After words we shared a slice of tirmusu and had some coffie..very yummy!!great portions, great atmosphere, friendly staff, hily recommended. This family owned restraunt was amazing!
