It will be reopen with in 30 days, I can not wait, this was the best Bakery in Orange county, everything was fresh and superb, just enough sugar and perfect combination of ingredients, I tried many others when we are not in the area but we always ended up saying it is not as good as Poul's Bakery,after quick remodeling I think they will be back in Business same as before, I met the new owners ,they are very nice and they told me same workers will be back.and that is a very good news,

Fabulous Cakes & Lemon Bars. They made me a custom cake: Marzipan over carrot cake. WOW, that was great! Also, Poul's lemon bars are unspeakably yummy!

Best coffee cakes you can find in OC. This place is so good that we have to bring stuff to our parents house in Idaho when we fly up to visit. Have not found a bakery this good anywhere else in O.C.
