Where's the replaced parts I requested ??. I asked for all of the parts to be returned from my clutch replacement job, but I did not receive two rather critical parts, after asking twice if they were being replaced. I wish more managers would read these independent reviews that are online, so that the proper steps can be taken to assure that reasonable wishes from customers can be carried out. I gave no drop-dead date which would have made them rush the job, etc. I am always considerate from the customer side, but rarely is the consideration ever reciprocated...…
