Day Manager CARMAN is a RUDE BITCH. My wife and I went to this location and we will NEVER return. The day manager (CARMEN) is a complete BITCH! She is rude to her customers and her staff. She raised her voice at my wife 2 times after she personally messed up the oder that she made, then she yelled and embraced her staff in front of all the customers. We typically eat at this facility in the evening and the night manager is very kind and knows how to treat his staff and customers. We have eaten at this location a few times but we will never eat at El Pollo Loco again. I can not believe that this woman was promoted to manager! ------- I AM DEMANDING THAT EL POLLO LOCO FIRES HER !!!
