atrocious service!

I ordered a cover, went to go pick it up. Waited and waited for someone to bring it out. They threw it in the back of my pickup and waled away. I got home and opened the box, WRONG color, no tie downs, and the skirt was way too short. NOT WHAT I ordered. I took it back and received the runaround about refunds. I had to end up disputing it with my credit card company. I ended up buying one from a local company www spacoversplus com they made it right and even delivered it!!! I would stay away from "ideal"!!!
