Don't waste your money. I have been going to O'Hara's for a few months now, and last night was the last time I will ever go. The bartender "Jazzy Jeff" is way more interested in getting with their single female patrons than helping out the people that go there. I am a girl, but I was there with my man, and I was completely ignored by this guy because of it. He was extremely disrespectful, and rolled his eyes at us when we asked for service! After talking to the manager, nothing changed, and we got kicked out for saying we were leaving and going to Paul's. We weren't even drunk; we shared one pitcher. It was unbelievable, I have never been treated so poorly by any place that is supposed to provide customer service. If "Jazzy Jeff" is there, turn around and go to Paul's... you'll thank me.…
thee pub experience. the drinks are cheap, the staff is cool, and i think you can smoke in there. it was never said and no one ever stopped me from lighting one down. so honestly you really get a great pub experience... quintessential. with that said you also get some drunken d-bags who are always looking for good fight. if you're looking for ladies, they're usually the kind of girls who start looking good after a few drinks and with drinks being pretty cheap this good make or break you. over all it's one of the better places to be in orange county, but some of the patrons are just major creeps. oh and as well, it does not help if you are a person of color coming into this pub. just fore warning.…
Great Atmosphere.
I've been going to O'Hara's about once per week since I began law school at Chapman, about one block away.
The staff is very friendly and they let you bring in outside food. The beer is cheap and I have yet to meet a pretentious person there.
You don't have to bring a fist of cash anymore- they finally got a credit card reader.…
the Local Spot in Orange. i call it the Local Spot cause i've been going to O's for the better part of 10 years. it's a nice spot that has good bartenders and always something to see at O's. it's has 2 pool tables and a couple video games. the drinks are reasonably priced and the ladies at O's are usually very nice to look at!…
Frankly my dear.... O'Hara's is more than just an Irish pub, it's also a local hangout for Orange residents and Chapman University coeds. Shamrocks and wood paneling give the bar its pub feel, as does its selection of beers on tap. Head into the back room for a game of pool. Or plunk change into the eclectic jukebox and relax to some tunes. The service and the clientele are friendly.…
