Tips for Time Out Tavern & Night Club

Mixed Results. I've been to Time Out on good days and bad days. On good days it's a party with great drinks and decent food. On bad days, the food is so-so and the crowd is annoying. I've gone back a couple of times and I would go back if my friends asked. If I sense that the vibe is not there, I'll go somewhere else.
