In April of 2012 I was contacted by a salesperson that presented herself as a Google representative offering a web obtimising product from Google. I listened to the speal and told her that I could and had been doing basically the same thing on my own. She assured me that 29 Prime would be able to place me on mobile navigation maps,(they did not), that she could get me placed on area searches outside my immediate town (she did not), and that my listing would place higher in the Houston (next largest town) searches (it did not). The only thing that 29 Prime did was put inaccurate info into my already placed listings and photos that did not portray my business in a manner that I thought to be pleasing. I had them remove those efforts.

During the conversation, the sales rep wanted to set me up on monthly installments. I told her absolutely not, I would pay one years fee and be done. Nothing was said about automatically billing me year after year. I was buying one years service period. On April 17, 2013, 29 Prime took a 2nd withdrawal from my account for another $995.00. I did not agree to this, did not ask for this, and object to their taking these funds as it amounts to theft by deception. 29 Prime, after calling them several times, hours on hold, emailing them, sending letters by USPS, told me that it was up to me to go into their website and explore the user agreements to find out that I would be on continuous billing, ad infinitum, for the rest of my life I presume. Except when one does go into the user agreement, it states that 29 Prime can and will change the agreement without notice at any time that it chooses.

This company is basically set up to steal through repeat/forced billing, that is their real product. I have been victimized by them, and I will continue to fight through my bank, and through States Attorney General to have my funds restored to me.

WAIT 100% Positive ??? .. For this kind of Cheap People , Bunch of Liars , I Bet these are employees faking as customers, Customers would proudly say their Business name and top keywords for which they are found on 1st page of Google or any other search engine I guess ?? .. Give it a thought

Here is my tip for 29 Prime - take cancellations via email. The service didn't work and they made cancellation extremely difficult, charging for months after I emailed them to stop. Now, I'm finding there were more reviews online I wish I would have found before signing up. Do you research.

Awesome company!. So, I have to say I was a little bit skeptical when I first decided to sign up with 29 Prime. But after a while, I realized that they gave me what they promised! My business is showing up in search engines, all over the internet. I'm so stoked! Thank you so much 29 Prime!

Had a good experience with them!. I live on the other side of the country but used 29 prime to promote my company online. I heard about them through a friend and figured it wouldn't hurt to try it out. After a month, I noticed that my company started to appear in more search engines and started to get more phone calls from customers!

Never a bad experience. I am a very happy client of 29 Prime and have recommended them to many of my friends and family members in need of an SEO service for the past 6 months. In my line of work, online visibility is very important and I'm sure many other business owners agree with me when I say that it can get difficult for new customers to find you if they have never heard of your business's name.

29 Prime did exactly what they promised. Yes, their service take a little long, but you get the results you want for sure. One of the most important things they did was updating my Google local page and handling my website. I have worked with another SEO company years ago and was very happy, but the reason I decided to switch and stick with 29 Prime was that they give you an interactive website you can log into, change things and check out the progress. The packages they offer have reasonable prices and the staff is very knowledgeable and ready to help.

Does What It's Supposed To. 29' Prime's Google Local service worked great for my small business in San Diego. I was very skeptical at first, but this place was recommended to me by my friend who used to work at 29' Prime as a software developer. I don't trust companies like these, no matter how many reviews I read, but I trust my friend, so I decided to give them a shot.

People in customer service are very personable. In these situations, being personable is more important to me than being knowledgeable. I had times where the customer service rep wasn't sure about the answer to my question, but she put me on hold for less than a minute and came back with the answer. I appreciate this kind of service. 29' Prime does exactly what they tell you. They offer great packages and they are very affordable in these tough times. I'm glad I listened to my friend and gave 29' Prime a chance. They know what they're doing and they are great at it. If you're listening for a trust worthy SEO company, 29' Prime is the one for you.

Love this SEO company!!. I like this service. I signed up 6 weeks ago and they walked me through everything that they would do. My business is now on the first page of Google Maps in my area. Every week I get an email with information about my listing. The software that they use helps a lot. They seem to be a successful company so I trust them with my listing.
