Good work. Had a storefront put in for my business. They did a clean, timely job. Good price. No complaints.
Great work. I had a couple broken windows in my house, and I called around to get some quotes. These guys boarded up my place in the same day, and fixed the windows the very next day. So quick and easy.
Shower enclosures. i ordered a shower enclosure from orange mirror about a week ago. i was shopping around, and i didn't really know what i was looking for or what would work in my home. they really explained stuff well to me, went through the details, helped me pick all the different parts and colors. then they came to measure, and the next time, they installed it. there was no mess and ive had no problems. i love the way it looks. thanks, guys.
Loved it!. Ordered a shower enclosure from here. Got a rough quote over the phone, they came out to measure and gave me a firm quote. I shopped around a bit, but liked these guys the best. They installed the enclosure quickly and cleanly. It looks beautiful. I'm definitely using them again.
Orange mirror and glass: worst window repair.
I had a terrible and very frustrating experience. They offered $180 when I talked to the owner Ali, but when they came for estimate, the price ended up $325. Their excuse was "installing 2nd floor is dangerous, have to pay more insurance, have to use ladder..." so they charged 100 more dollars because the installation must be done from outside. but when they installed the window, they had to do it from inside.
second of all, they mentioned 10 yrs warranty when I first talked to Ali, but when they brought the invoice, warranty was only 5 yrs.
They gave me the time window for estimate and installation, they came one hr early, I was still sleeping in bed.
They are very unreliable, and dishonest people, I will never hire them again.
also they demanded credit card number on the phone when I placed the order, which was the only reason I couldn't cancel the order on the next day. otherwise I would've.
they didn't provide any contract documentation untill I got the invoice. I woudl never do that unless I was in a hurry to avoid the penalty from my home association.
my suggestion is: they should provide contract paper before the order was placed. They shouldn't charge on the credit card until the repair is completed and consumer agrees to pay. They should be more reliable about what they offer and promise, also need to be more timelyl manner.
Let the glass door explode in your face.
Orange Mirror and Glass installed a double glass shower door in my home back in 2007. Last month, our glass door just exploded for no apparent reason. When we called the company for help, they didn't sent anyone over, but keep asking us to send in the original receipt to verify the warranty info. We faxed them the original work estimate that has the installer's name and type of the glass door we chose. Yet they keep giving us excuse that without the receipt, they can't check against their database for receipt, and we are not able to get the installer to come to our house since.
They also said that glass door can explode under normal wear and tear, but curiously that's not the installer said when they install the glass door. Who wants to install a glass door and watch it explode after 3 years. Luckily no one was in the shower and not hurt, but this is the last time we'll deal with this company and I recommend you not to.
