Excellent. This repair shop is excellent. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. Al (The owner) is wonderful. He is straightforward, honest, and quick. Al fixed my Gruen watch that another jeweler had broken (By the way, never, I mean never take your watch for repairs at Mandel's Jewelers in Brea). Al's fee for working on my watch was reasonable. I sat next to his work bench as he fixed my watch. This is truly "Old World" repair shop courtesy. And to boot, Al is a nice guy to talk with. I will definitely be taking future repairs to him.
