WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! STAY AWAY. Ok I went here thinking this place was a professional medical group. The woman Nancy that did my IPL facial burnt my face ! She said I would have nothing except a sunburn redness for an hour at the most. By the afternoon, I had visible scabs! The following morning I quickly went to their office to show them my now blistering face, the manager and receptionist there clearly saw this. But would only have the nurse call me.

Nancy does call but blames me that I must have used Retina, or that I didnt understand that there would be a down time. Yes I did not know that I would need to recover as a BURN VICTIM!

All in all after speaking to the arrogant owner who swears he is the only one in Orange County with this amazing machine, regardless on the incompitent nurse using it, he disregarded my week of recoverey, loss of time at work, and the fear of scarring I endured.

I HIGHLY recomend staying FAR AWAY from this business as possible!

Happy with laser Hair removal. I have received Laser hair removal, Pati is a great nurse. She explained everything before the procedure. I had great result just second Visit. I plan to get other services from Focus medical spa
