Tips for Coast Motor Werk BMW & Mini

I took my Mini Cooper S 09 to CWM for a
48K oil change and was very pleased. The pricing was in line with what I was expecting to pay for a mechanic that knew what they were doing and wasn't the dealer.
Derrick, the gentleman at the front desk, was very friendly and helpful with the service. He pointed out several items that I need to keep in mind for the future and provided me with information on my recalled water pump. He also provided a simple fix to some other problems that the dealer would have charged for in the long run.
I recommend Coast Motor Werks for anyone with a Mini Cooper, as good mechanics are hard to find for our cars.

"Your Alternative to a Dealership" is correct.
I heard horrible things about dealerships. I bypassed them completely with this place. My mom taught me to shop around, do my homework, and be very nice to those who help me.
I did my homework, found these guys, and it is easy to be nice. They treated me with respect (I'm a young girl), showed me the "how's" and "whys" of my Mini Cooper S, and helped me learn how to care for my car to keep it for years.
I tell everyone about this place, even if they don't have BMWs. They leave a great impression, every time.
