Worst! Worst! Worst!. Worst company to deal with! Their " customer" service is absolutely deplorable. Have asked to speak to a supervisor only to get a voice mail and no return phone calls. No reponse to emails sent to their contact information.They have missed several trash pick ups at my place, only to blame it on a problem that does not exist. Get nothing but a run around with never a resolution to any problem. When you do reach an actual person, you get told you are in the wrong and get dumped off to a voice mail to speak with a supervisor that I am not sure even exists! Wish HB would reconsider who they do business with for waste management. I am writing the City Council as well as seeking legal advice to see if any action can be brought against Rainbow Disposal. I am done messing around...period!

GARBAGE EVERYWHERE THE DON'T CARE. This company does not care were their garbage flyies, When they lift the gargabe container to dump into their truck garbage its flyies everywhere. My neighbors and I have called this company to compain about the garbage that flyies all over our cars, homes, street ect. There is a wood cabinet company they haul.This company does not bag their sawdust. As soon as these clowns lift the garbage container and dump into their truck the saw dust goes everwhere. We have called and compained many times so they can make the cabinet shop bag the saw dust. They hang up and ignore us. Itss been happenig for about 18 years. All the neighbors are finished begging, We are going to give these company awful reviews, and contunie to call them & local authorites unitl this is fixed. This company has the balls to dump garbage anywhere and not anwer to anybody. Think again you are not going to destroy our homes, cars, ect.

Thanks Rainbow!. My husband and I just moved into our new place here in HB. Everyone knows moving into a new place isn't fun. We had so much old junk we had to get rid of. We really didn't know what we were going to do with all of it. Especially, the old mattresses. One of our new neighbors came over and told us to call Rainbow, and that they could help us . So that's exactly what we did. They were very kind and helpful.Thank you Rainbow for making our moving in process so much easier!!

Wow - Free Bulky Item Pickup four times a year. I recently replaced my flooring and had to get rid of all the old carpet - i figured it would cost a fortune to dump. I called Rainbow customer service and found out they will pick up to 10 items for free - up to 4 times a year! All I had to do was tie up the carpet rolls into bundles and leave them next to my trash carts -Rainbow scheduled the pick up on my regular trash day. They hauled it all away for free and even took the few extra pieces I put out. Great Service!

One phone call and Blue pickups made. Live in SEHB and normally the Blue Trash cans are picked up at 7:30 a.m. on Monday. Today no pickup. Called Deena at Rainbow and explained the situation at High Noon.. She asked me when were the cans put out. Told her at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday and there are 94 blue containers that have not been picked up. She said she would check with the Foreman.

One hour later the Rainbow Truck came along with a Supervisor in a white pick up truck and all the blue cans in our area were picked up. Now there are no blue barrels sitting full in the tract.

worst customer service. I called Rainbow disposal this morning regarding the trash pick. The customer service representative ?Nancy? answered the phone. I asked her why one of my trash bins wasn?t emptied, and this was the 2nd time that they have missed. She insisted that I took it out too late, but I told her that I put it out before 7:00 just like what they?ve asked. She raised her voice and was very rude during the conversation, and she said ?there?s always next week? and hung up on me. I am very disappointed with Rainbow Disposal company, and strongly suggest the company to evaluate the people who they hired.
