It was fantastic

The food is of great quality and my boyfriend and I found the staff very helpful and quick with getting our order. I do not know at what time the other people that reviewed it went (we went around 9pm) or if they are snotty whiners but I found the service to be well above par. We found the whole experience to be very enjoyable. The metal chopsticks are pretty cool too. It was a nice clean young atmosphere. I will return and recommend it to others.

One of my worst experiences

The food is always good at the BCD Tofu Houses. I love the tofu soup and all the little dishes that come out with them. If a restaurant rating was based solely on food, I would rate this place a 4. The bad service we received made me take out 2 stars. We waited 30min before they finally took our order and another good hour to get our first dish.... It wasn't even a full house! Having worked as a waitress myself, I would consider myself pretty lenient on rating service. But when no one came by after waving our hands (you would think they would notice 6 pairs of arms in the air) and pushing the call button on the table, some of us were getting pretty upset. We were just about to give up and leave when they brought out some of our order. Not only was the waiter not apologetic about the long wait, he splashed the hot soup all over the table. I only got a few drops on my skin (most of what got on me was on my shirt, luckily it wasn't white), but if I had been closer to the table we would've had a serious problem. I would definitely reccommend going to a different BCD location for your tofu soup fix.

Good, but not great.

The Thursday night dinner club enjoyed the service at this restaurant, and there are some nice unique traits (the metallic chopsticks, the yummy jap chae (glass noodles), the soup made out of the rice crust) but better tofu soup has been found at other places, and the same can be said about the bulgogi and the pork BBQ. It's good, but not great.

What to Drink:
There's no alcohol served or allowed in. You'll have to stick to soft drinks and water.
Look Good:
Many dishes can be prepared at varying levels of spicyness, with "not spicy" being the most mild, and "very spicy" at the peak of heat.
Save Money:
Between the complimentary side dishes like kimchi and generious bowls of rice that come with each meal, you're probably fine just ordering one dish off the menu.
