Perfect repair job. I first called a few local shops and wasn't happy with the technical advice. I found OC on the web and had a very informative conversion with them about my old speakers. They knew everything about them. It made me feel very confident, so shipped them out. I had them back in 2 weeks and they sound better than ever. I would recommend them to anyone!

Great customer service and quick.. I went in there because I had seen all the great reviews and to my surprise, they were correct. I went around searching for other JBL authorized service centers and all the other reviews scared me away. I left my Prx speaker and after 2 weeks I gave them a call for an update. Easily spoke to someone, got a justified response on why it was taking a bit longer(holiday), went on with my day. I would recommend them to anybody with speaker needs and would go back.

Lifetime customer. Found these guys in the mid to late 80's when I was in a hair metal band. I'd be in their shop every other week with something burned up in my system. My band and I relied on these guys heavily. Fast forward 25 years later... Short hair, 2 adult kids, wife, 9-5 job, and playing surf music on the weekends. And of course I hadn't burned up my speakers since the 80's. When I looked these guys up I found they were still in business. Even owned by the same family (2nd or 3rd generation by now). I had my Fender speaker back up and running by the weekend. Never missed a show. I'm very pleased to see an American family run company still doing so well.

Great staff and great products. I went to Orange County Speaker Repair for some much needed attention to my JBL Pro rig and EV Pro rig. I dropped them off and had them back in perfect condition within 4 days. I was completely shocked to be honest. I wish I could find an electronic repair shop like O.C.S.R. I had been dreading taking my system in because I thought it was going to take 3 weeks or more like my electronic repair guy. 4 Days? You can't beat that. Another thing I would like to mention is they have a real good selection of microphone cables and patch cables. I picked up a 6 pack of XLR patch cables for $24.99. Yes, 6 for $24.99. Sam Ash sells something similar for $24.99 for 1. I don't know how O.C.S.R. does it but what a great find. They also were running a special for 25ft mic cables for $59.95 for 10. I don't know how long that special will run. They have it listed on their website too. All in all this company was quite a great find for me.

The best speaker repair service in the country! Hands down!. I've been going to OCS (Orange County Speaker) for about 25 years. They are the best!!! Their techs and staff are SECOND TO NONE and the owners are absolutely wonderful. I've had them fix tons of speakers and they are the greatest. They are super fast and do a better job than even the original factory. They care and it shows. How often do you still find a company thats been in business for 40 years? And family owned to boot? If you require their service, I guarantee you will love them just like I do.
