Worst Experience ever. I do not regularly write reviews but I had such a negative experience at this dentist that I felt compelled to warn anybody considering going to him. This was, by far, the worst dental experience I have ever had in my life.

I scheduled a cleaning and was put into the x-ray room without more than 5 words being spoken to me. The x-rays were performed by somebody who seemed to be in training and was constantly making painful mistakes and being corrected by another dental assistant. They did not speak to me at all except to say "bite down" and "open please" and when I asked if I could just have my own x-rays sent over from my previous dentist, said this is their policy. After an awful 30 minutes of x-rays, I was told that they may not be able to clean my teeth that day. I told them that I was there to get my teeth cleaned and was very confused why this was not possible. They eventually sent in the dentist to "clean" my teeth, but this only consisted of a 2-minute look in my mouth and a polish by a dental assistant - NOT what I consider a teeth cleaning. The dentist was rude, the hygenist was rude, the x-ray technicians were rude, and the office staff were rude. In addition, the place was not clean or well kempt.

Please do yourself a favor and AVOID this dental practice at all costs!

Worst dentist I've ever been to. The customer service was terrible, the office is creepy, no one is friendly or conversant. The dentists were literally watching TV on and off while working on me. And they are not gentle at all. The shot for anesthesia hurt like hell and when I cried out in pain they completely ignored it and continued stabbing me - didn't ask if I was ok, didn't tell me it wouldn't be much longer. I now have a huge sore in my mouth from the needle (I Have NEVER gotten that from treatment before). They didn't talk to me at all during the hour they worked on me.

Overall, I would run as far away as you can from this dental center. It was the worst experience with a dentist I have ever had.
