Pho is real cheap here. Yeah, the service may be crapy and their bathrooms are hella dirty (as what I have heard) but them college days with my broke ass it worked for me.

Don't eat here. The food is terrible, the service is terrible, and the crowd is terrible. Pay the extra couple of bucks and go get real pho elsewhere.
