Not worth the money.. Let me start by saying I loved the service. But that was about it. I was there about a year ago in the summer of 2007. The waitress was really friendly and knowledgeable. We got our food at a reasonable amount of time. I ordered a spanish omelette and was extremely disappointed. There was hardly any meat in the omelette, the vegetables that was in the omelette was barely cooked, and the egg was minimal (2 medium eggs used). There was absolutely no flavor to the omelette. Unfortunately an omelette in an Army mess hall is much better. That spanish omelette was definitely not worth the $8. One more thing: while trying to eat my omelette, I noticed tiny black particles falling from the ceiling and into my drink and food. I do not know what those tiny black particles were, and I did not ask. I will not be going back there again.

FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE, WARM CUSTOMER SERVICE, EXCELLENT FOOD!. Everything about Omelette House is extremely welcoming; From it's interior decor to every meal you order. They have a wide selection of coffees, smoothies, and the best hot chocolate in Orange County! Their breakfast is wonderful, and they are now open til six offering teriyaki bowls as well. I started going to this neighborhood breakfast joint about a year ago and completely fell in love with it. THE BEST BREAKFAST YOU CAN GET AT AN UNBEATABLE PRICE!

Good place, but not amazing like is used to be. I used to love this place, and go there at least two or three times a month, sometimes every day. But the original owner Will sold the place a while back, and well, I was disappointed and haven't been back in the past year.

But by that time a year ago, the new owner had let the food quality degrade a bit. For example, the potatoes were now frozen, bacon wasn't as lean (and so it is greasier), fruit wasn't as fresh. But "the new guy" did make a lot of aesthetic improvements, and the service was still great, really friendly and personal. And of course the prices were unbeatable.

Great restaurant where you'd never expect it!!. How did this little place in a strip mall get so good?? My mom, an omelette afficionado, said she had the best omelette (the "Florentine") of her life at this place yesterday. We all *loved* our breakfasts, and the service was excellent. The decor is very pleasant and relaxing too. Totally recommended!

BEST BREAKFAST IN TOWN!!!. The food is delicious, the variety of coffee/espresso/latte drinks is flavorful, service is phenomenal, the waitresses are cute, good music selection, and the wireless internet rocks! I'm sold!
