Best car audio store ever!!!!. I am a 20 year old female looking for a great system for my brand new car. The other day i went into Advanced Car Creations looking for a system and asked the guys at the store what they would recommend for me. I have a brand new BMW 750 2010 and Larry helped me make it sound amazing. i would definately recommend this store for any of your car audio needs.

High end sound these guys know there stuff.. I'm about to take my tundra there to have massive bass put in and time after time they always install all my cars with nice sounds. The tuck will be installed with top of the line stuff. Yes its going to cost me but you have to see the work that's involved. Its not easy. Lots of wires but you can't even see them. Just driving down the street and have every ones head turn and look make me feel that they did there best hooking it up. Great job you guys. Thanks.

Bad place to get a stereo! WILL NEVER GIVE CASH OR CREDIT CA. These guys are about the worse installers out there. Their quality or work is not even nice to be honest...horrible wire jobs, ugly fiberglass work and messed up interior panels. Thats not just the issue with the installation work - many times they will try to lure you in by giving you a fair price for installation work, then when you pick up the car its a totally different price. They go ahead that say that their price doesn't include harnesses, plugs, wires etc. Some like should aways be mentioned. Its like going out for an oil change and the mechanic says the price does not include oil after the service was completed.

Their prices seem fair at times, but ebay still beats their prices. Some people say buying from them includes a warranty, which is true but when they charge you $30-40 (shipping back to the company) to warranty an item, sometimes you might as well go buy a new one on ebay. Its just not fair for you to pay for shipping (which is obviously higher then normal rates) back to the company. Also on several occasions the item that I bought had their serial number scratched off.

Their selections are subpar at best. This company is catered for the young SPL crowd - theres nothing wrong with it but when they try to push products that does not suit your taste its just a waste of money. There is absolutely no high end products in this store.

The absolute worse thing about this shop is that they will NOT refund you money, only store credit. This is very bad business practice to say the least. IE: If you buy a new stereo (carry out) and a few days latter you want to return the item - which was never taken out of the package and still new.

THE GOOD REVIEWS MUST BE FAKE!!!. so my sound system was having some problems so i searched up local audio shops and this one got the highest reviews

now that i look back, 2 of the good reviews were done on the same day. most likely the owners or workers boosting the ratings

so i go there and they give me an option of 2 things they can do to fix it. Both ways would cost the same and so i let them choose w.e as long as my system was in 100% working condition again.

they get it working and charge me a ridiculous $135. i was quoted $30 at the start. labor went from $30 to $60 then additional bs.

It worked for a week then my system took a dump again. I bring it back and demand them to fix it and they tell me the module they put in which was option 1 was fried and that they would have to do option 2. I was really annoyed when he said he would charge me and i asked how much. he said $60. THEN CHANGED IT TO $120 to do option 2. THEY FUCKD UP, IT SHOULD BE FREE. i already paid $135.

Like the other bad reviews they were also trying to squeeze every penny out of me. Trying to sell me a boost controller that isn't even compatible for my amp and other bs.

I ended up going to SUPER AUTOTOYZ to get it fixed and they did a damn good job and extras that I didn't even ask for. Good price too. The Audio guy there really knows his stuff. He even knew about Advanced Car Creations and there shitty work lol.

If only i went to Super Autotoyz first it would have saved me $135 i got ripped off from this POS shop.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Only have good things to say. I have known of Advanced for over a decade and always am treated well. If you are not too sure of what to get, do your homework, then talk to Jose, he has always showed me great care, I have bought products for over 15 years! What I had installed by them, they did a great job. I see others claim they got bad service but I can't say enough good things and referred friends to them only with great comments!

DON'T GO HERE! HEAR ME OUT PLEASE! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!. I took my super clean 300zx here to get my head unit and sub+amp installed. After explaining the details of what I wanted installed, one of the owners, Jose, gave me a cheap quote over the phone.

The place seemed legit, until they decided that I needed a new harness for my new Alpine head unit when I already had an old Alpine head unit in there (it was the same harness), and they claimed that the quote Jose gave me was for an 8 gauge cable to connect my amp and didn't include capacitor installation (I already had my own capacitor)! I didnt have the money to pay for their overpriced 4 gauge cable and for them to install MY OWN capacitor.

So I left my car and they did a horribly sloppy installation... A rude skinny white guy came out of my car and I said thanks but he just left without explaining the work they did and I noticed that he put my back seat down but thought nothing of it. Then I went inside to pay and Jose wrote me a receipt, I paid $130 for an 8 gauge cable ($30), a new head unit harness, and labor which was $70.

The next day I lifted the back seat and there was the first and only tear in my seat. THEY RIPPED MY BACK SEATS AND TRIED TO COVER IT UP BY PUTTING THE SEATS DOWN. On top of that, they scratched up quite a bit of the inside my car. I called to ask what they would do to fix this problem and they said I should've checked before leaving and it wasn't their fault.

Even more, because they lied about their price quote, I couldn't afford for them to instally MY CAPACITOR and a 4 gauge cable. When I turn the volume up to 18 and have the JL subwoofer set to 5, my entire sound system shuts down.

Never ever go here again!. This place is horrible. theyre not good at installing the stuff, lose your lil screws and parts in your car, the installation is messy, and the service is horrible. they keep trying to get you to buy extra junk the whole time. they dont know what they are talking about either. they read the brochures of the product and try to repeat the information when you ask them stuff. theres a short fat vietnamese kid that is annoying and trys to lie to you about stuff to make you buy it also. they act like theyre are hooking you up on the price but in reality id rather pay more and have it done right the first time around.
