Professional and excellent service. Our family had a very difficult sale with very little time to complete the closing. Our escrow officer was very professional, she took so much time with us and our buyers and walked us through with ease. Some unexpected events came up but that never threw her. She went over and above the service we expected. Her assistant was terrific and very helpful. The escrow closed on time and the fees were very fair. In fact, we called a half dozen escrow companies and North Orange County had the best fees. We will recommend this company again.

Avoid bad service and misquoted fees. I called and got fees quoted on title and escrow before I opened escrow with this company. They under quoted the title fee by about $200.00 then when I asked about it they said they are not responsible to give correct title fees.

The escrow officer and her assistant were both extremely rude and uncooperative.

This company is independently owned and there is no corproate office to call. If you have a problem with their service, there is noone to talk to about the problem.

I recommend doing buisness with a larger company that has corporate offices for assistance if you do run into problems.

I would not ever do business with this company again.
