A Trustworthy Jewelry Store in Fullerton

This is a wonderful family business. They make you feel welcome and important even for the smallest repair. I had some old jewelry repaired which they made look like new again. Finally, I found a jeweler that I can trust !

They didn't want my business

I went to this store to have a ring guard put on my diamond ring. The sales clerk handed my ring to a man who walked into the back of the store out of my sight. I told the sale clerk that I prefered if my ring was brought back out where I could see it being worked on. The man walked out from the back and handed me my ring stating "if you don't trust us, we don't trust you." The sales clerk admonished me that the man was the owner of the store and she couldn't believe I would say that. My response was "how was I suppose to know that was the owner, and why should that change my preference?"

It seems to me that if they really wanted to be trusted, they would listen to their customers. I feel I was treated rudely when I made a simple and well-justified request.
