They Think They are Something Great, They're Not!

Went to get a color and cut. The color lasted about 2 weeks. The haircut was what I got when I was 12 years old. When I tried to call about what could be done about the color they simply ignored my calls. The people are inexperienced and the receptionist is rude! There are plenty of salons in the area that will treat you much better. Crystal is the worst at Unity but their whole company attitude just lacks any motivation! They act like they're better than their customers or any other Salon.

talented staff with a bad first impression. the hairdressers are very modern, friendly and talented. however the front desk does not seem to mirror the same quality; communication and organization is lacking, ex. they arbitrarily cancelled my appointment, didn't notify me, and upon arriving for my supposed appointment, i waited for an additional hour only to be booked with a different hairdresser (which of course they didn't inform me of that either). i am a hairdresser, and though this is a sure-shot place to get a killer cut & color, something as fundamental as a capable front desk should not be such a challenge.
