The couple collects vintage clothing, furniture, kitchenware, lighting, guitars, accessories, and art from the 1940s to the 1970s, and enjoys sharing with customers the stories behind the items they sell. Uncluttered and far from intimidating, their spacious storefront attracts everyone from burgeoning vintage shoppers to serious collectors and set decorators from shows like "Mad Men." Prices range from $8 for a T-shirt to thousands of dollars for a prized Herman Miller chair set, allowing for people on any budget to walk away with a unique purchase. But browsers are welcome, too, especially music lovers who’ll relish the guitar collection and opining on obscure bands of the past with Mike, a former punk rock band member.
