fabulous atmosphere !!! Music was so fun to hear.. The waiter was very nice wish I had his name. The food was pretty good, americanized Italian food but I did enjoy it very much. The soup was good but didn't seem to be homemade. One thing that could make this place better to me is the other people that work there. They

were cold and unsociable. I am Italian and Italians are usually sociable. Even the host who I'm

guessing is the owner was a grump. She couldn't break a

smile and I gave her a few chances. We also wanted a tour they were not very busy but couldn't give one. It was my first time there and I have heard about others getting tours of the haunted building. I will go back and give it another shot. Hopefully the hospitality improves.

Great flavours and wonderful value for money. My family have eaten at Angelos and Vinci's many times over the last 18 years and we think that the food is as good as ever and the flavours in the dishes are fantastic. Value for money is assured here. We have never had a problem with the service and find it is still the best overall experience we have in Fullerton.

Marginal food with TERRIBLE SERVICE. So the decor is beautiful and A&V came HIGHLY recommended by an old friend. But, apparently, the original owner died a few years ago and the place has gone down hill ever since. While we were seated immediately, the waiter took forever to deliver Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar (something we take for granted at a true Italian place) for the bread that the busboy had dropped off 20 minutes prior. Our anti-pasti of calamari never showed up until long after we had finished eating the bland entrees. The waiter even asked if we still wanted the calamari!! Also, when the entree was served, the server tried to take my half eaten salad (not even asking if I was done) sticking his armpit in my face in the process. Then he shot be a look as if I'd insulted him. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

I was at least expecting the manager to come over and apologize for the terrible service (everyone has a bad night), but that never happened either.

Otherwise, the Chicken Parmigiana and the Fettucine Afredo were bland at best. As I understand it, this place is known ONLY for it's Pizza and nothing else. Honestly, with the decor, it would make a GREAT Buca di Beppo, whose food is ALWAYS great and service stellar... Perhaps some day... :(

If a good meal includes reasonable service, your money is better spent somewhere else. Despite the somewhat-cozy atmosphere, appealing Italian-paraphernalia, and even the better than average food, we HIGHLY recommend against eating here.

We had been here before on a Saturday and ordered a cheese and tomato pizza for $13.95 with bread (reasonable by our standards). When we arrived on a Sunday a few weeks later, the hostess at the front entrance handed us a white menu and brought us to our table (like the time before). Later, a waitress asked if we wanted the buffet or pizza. We pointed TO THE WHITE MENU that was given to us and ordered a medium cheese and tomato pizza (again, FROM THE WHITE MENU GIVEN TO US AT THE FRONT). We were very puzzled when the bill came - $17.95 for the pizza ($4 more than what the white menu said and what we paid last time). When we asked the waitress about this, she said that we had ordered from take out. We asked why they gave us these take out menus if they knew we were dinning in. She avoided the question and said that it wasn't their fault that they did not give us the SUNDAY menus (red ones which show the $4 price difference). We politely asked to speak to the manager, and when he came out, he was especially terse and condescending (he blamed us for not knowing about the red menus and said that was our problem, not theirs). Not even a "we are sorry for the confusion, but there's nothing we can do."

It seems very unscrupulous to let someone order from the wrong menu and expect them to pay a price that they never saw. Furthermore, the truculent waitress never filled up our waters and even charged $2 for a side of basil!)

If food quality is all that matters to someone, then maybe this place is tolerable. However, if having an enjoyable meal goes beyond the taste of the food (and includes reasonableness in price and the quality of service), I would DEFINITELY save my money (and patience) and go somewhere else.

Most overrated awful Pizza you will ever have. This place is as overrated as it gets.

The last time I got a pizza there there was literally puddles of liquid at the bottom of the pan from the sauce seperating.

Save your money and don't eat the Pizza. The rest of the menu is average at best

Nothing compares to A&V. As a long time Fullerton resident, Angelo&Vinci's is a landmark. I have enjoyed countless dinners, banquets and weddings here. The food in never disappointing, though I can say I am completely addicted to the pizza and rarely venture to the pastas. This place has always been so special that it was the first place I went to book my wedding reception. By the end of the meeting with the fantastic banquet staff, I realized it was also the perfect place for a wedding. Our guest enjoyed fabulous food, great drinks and an euphoric atmosphere. It is worth the drive to beautiful Downtown Fullerton to experience Angelo and Vinci's

Fantastic Food, no matter what your taste. A & V is an oasis in the desert of mediocre food. The pizza, any pizza (especially "God's Creation; all 7 pounds of it!") is some of the best I've tasted including those from Chicago the year I lived there. The entrees are wonderful for those that want more than just the same Old Italian fare. The seafood dishes are excellent, the Mezzaluna and Papa's favorite are scrumptious. Miss this restaurant and you're missing something.

I Felt Like I was Home!. Having been raised in the East in an Italian district of New York, visiting A&V's was like returning to the old neighborhood. The music, the aroma of Italian seasoning and food cooking, the delightful ambiance - I shall return again and again - just outstanding.
