Steaks are good....and its a great Bar to hang out in with Friends. I've been here 3 times, the steak is usually very good, with an amazing cajun flavor sause on the side. I have to admit, sometimes when there is a large party , the food isn't always great ( meaning not a maestros, or delreys quality) but definetly worth the price. But the food , band , and ambience are amazing. I would highly recommend this place, its even open late. One of the best places to get a good steak and have a great time. Definetly check it out ....and you wont be dissapointed. ALso, has an area to play pool and darts , and video games....great fun

Beware-food quality sub-par!. Disgusting! Arrived shortly before 11 p.m. for a steak dinner w/3 others on a Saturday night. ALL meals were lousy and we thought way overpriced for the quality (Denny's quality here). Steaks VERY tough, stuffed mushrooms had no flavor. Garlic bread was tough. The marinara sauce for the fried mozzarella was good though, not your everyday fried mozzarella dipping sauce. One of the first things that came out of our waiter's mouth was how tired he was, just went on and on AND ON. Was he trying to get us to move to another table? This place was jumping so it wasn't like we were late comers right before closing. Very loud so conversation was kept minimal. Not going back again. Too bad as north Orange County needs a late night dining establishment.

STEAK !. What a great find. This is not your typical bar food and not your typical steak house. We went on a friday night and the place was buzzing. Maybe thats cause it was the final game of the 2006 Baseball World Series. Was seated in about 15 minutes, wow. Had the rib-eye, medium-rare. The grill is well used and I could taste it in this fine steak, awsome. The garlic mashed potato's (heavy on the garlic) may have been the best I've ever had! I'll havta remember to get the stuffed mushrooms next time, I hear they are top shelf.

Looks, feels & sounds like a bar, yes it's a bar, but also a very good steakhouse/restaurant.. If you are Mr. or Mrs. steak snob and are used to ultra prime+++ cuts of Kobe beef @ $50 a plate, then this is NOT the place for you. HOWEVER, if you are John Q. Public and enjoy a very good steak at a reasonable price and a cold beer in a nice casual atmosphere, this is a great place to go!!

The new york steak, black & blue steak (w/ blue cheese, YUM!), beef stroganoff, roasted garlic mashed are all VERY good. Herb crusted swordfish was good, but crusting over powers the swordfish. The bananas foster is a MUST for desert! I can't wait to go back and try some of the other menu items.

Overall, very casual atmosphere, nice menu variety, very good food, great presentation, reasonable prices and polite attentive service. Thumbs up!!!

Good steak for the price. I am a steak connoiseur so eating ribeye in Fullerton brought serious doubts to mind about how good it could possibly be. Surprisingly I found the ribeye to be quite flavorful and juicy. I agree with a previous review about the quality of the meat. USDA Prime it is not. It has the same consistency as steaks I've eaten at Denny's but with a much thicker cut. The marbling was decent but the taste was quite impressive. Decoration matched the North Woods Inn (exposed lumber, brick, dark ski-lodge feel). I would not recommend this place as a serious steakhouse since it functions more as a bar but if you want a steak badly enough and you are in the area it provides a fix. For $23.00 you will not get a better 16oz steak dinner anywhere.
