Very courteous behavior. There is usually always something a company can improve on but in this case I would say all worked out just fine. It appeared as though all emplotees I interfaced with were exhibiting maximum professionalism and very courteous behavior.

Glad I chose this dealership to have my vehicle serviced!. I have been having cars and trucks serviced for many years as I am 62 and with Miller Toyota of Anaheim all I can say is Great experience, wonderful staff, quality service, reasonable rates, glad I chose this dealership to have my vehicle serviced!

David was pleasant to work with.. Miller's internet salesperson David was efficient, courteous, and very helpful. He made the whole process hassel-free. After a few days of online negotiations, it took us about an hour to inpect and pick up the car and complete all the paperwork. David was pleasant to work with.

Responsive to my needs and queries. I contacted 10 dealers in OC via internet... I initially wanted a Camry Hybrid, but seeing its small trunk space and wanting to take advantage of the 0% APR. I decided on a Camry SE. Of all the dealers, Miller of Anaheim... were the most helpful and responsive to my needs and queries. At the end Miller gave me the best price.

Upon our arrival we were greeted by a friendly staff. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone. Upon our arrival we were greeted by a friendly staff. My children were entertained during our visit. They enjoyed watching movies in a large room with surround sound system. They had a variety complimentary snacks while I browsed through the latest models, explored my financial options and received a personalized treatment. I was particularly impressed when I was greeted by the general manager Frank Murphy who also thanked me and my boys for doing business with them. The service department assisted me in setting the blue tooth and connecting my i phone to the sound system.

I am a proud owner of a Highlander SE. I will definitely recommend this dealer to anyone.

Rick was very friendly and gave me a lot of information. I had gone in a couple of times about my tires however when I spoke with Rick and told him the issue I was having he worked on it and got it fixed. He was very friendly and gave me a lot of information even told me how to put air on the tire. He made sure I was satisfied and all my questions were answered.

Service I recieved was great. No recommendations for any improvements in service. I was thoroughly pleased with the service I received at Miller Toyota.
