Great Beauty Stylist. Omg, i love shopping like most girls, but shopping in the cosmetics dept anywhere is so chaotic an dnot personal at all. I saw on th eNordies website how they have a beauty stylist now ,so i figured why not ttry out this service. omg, i made an appointment and met with the most beautiful ,professional woman who was wayy helpful and patient . sh eshowed me new lines id never used and new so much about makeup! she was awesome! shes nice, unlike alot of snotty little girls in most cosmetics depts. A really helpful.prifessional,NICE, woman in cosmetics. thats a new one! lol but shes great! thnx for her Nordies!

What Gives?. I walked around the shoe department a few times, hoping someone might approach me to ask to help. But everyone there seemed indifferent and I ended up walking right back out of the store. They weren't very friendly and pretty much ignored me as I browsed. And though usually I never need help shopping, this day I was looking for something in particular instead I was returned with unfriendly glances and general neglect. I don't think I'll be going back there to shop for shoes. Its too bad I would have spent quite a lot too. The NordstromRack down the road a ways has far more helpful staff even though most work behind the registers.

One of the best Nordstroms I've shopped. I've been to numerous Nordstrom locations around the country and the Brea locale is still among my favorites. The shoe selection is great, the TBD department is clean and well appointed and I just really like the setup of the store. There's a piano player who's there on the weekends & also thruout the holidays. As always, Nordstrom is fabulous.

best return policy ever.. Though Nordstom may be pricier than other department stores, one thing that really puts them above the rest is their amazing return policy- which is pretty much no policy. My friend actually burned his whole shoe (totally his fault) while we were camping in Yosemite and insisted it wasn't a big deal because he got them from Nordstrom. I didn't believe him, but when we got back, he returned them for a whole new pair. I was amazed. Also, they have a great selection of shoes. I feel as though every time I shop there, I end up buying new shoes (which is a very bad habit), but I just can't help myself.
