Fabulous Food!. The food here is to die for. The hummus is the best I've ever had! The food is always VERY fresh. The wait staff is always friendly and you never feel like you are rushed. This is a great place for vegetarians as there are SO many choices. (I do hear that the rotisserie chicken is quite tasty, too). My only regret is living in Anaheim Hills for 3 to 4 years before I decided to give it a try! Of late, I have been known to run out at 9 pm in my sweats for a hummus fix! A++++
Family-run restaurant delivers homemade Mediterranean fare. This restaurant may be in the middle of Yorba Linda's hopelessly residential neighborhood, but its reputation for traditional Mediterranean fare (and a killer garlic sauce) has made it a popular dinner destination for people from all over Orange County. The menu offers the usual suspects--kabobs, schwarmas and falafels--but the rotisserie chicken is the headliner. If you come with company, the four-course family-style Middle Eastern feast will let you taste a bit of everything for $35 per person. They don't accept reservations, so the only way to avoid the wait (and yes, there is always a wait) during lunch rush or dinner time is to call ahead for takeout.
Delicious Mediterranean- Worth the Wait!.
Rosine's does not accept reservations, but it's worth the wait! Their food is delicious, not at all over-cooked as some kebabs can be, the meats are always tender and juicy. My favorite appetizer is an eggplant, roasted pepper, feta cheese layered baked goodie. It is to die for!
Their sides are also really delicious and well-seasoned. Their staff is very friendly. Highly recommended.
A Garlic Lover's Paradise. I moved to Orange County about 4 years ago and at the time I was still in the neighborhood. Now I've moved out at least 30 minutes out of the way...and I still go out of my way just to have their chicken, or have my friends come along and choose their own favorites. I absolutely LOVE their Chicken/Garlic Sauce and their Baba Ghannouj is another one of my favorites. The food is never over done, the wine selection is impressive for such a small establishment. The service is good, courteous, and prompt. And the Pistachio Cheesecake is wonderful too. They have music on Friday and Saturday nights, and display new artwork on their walls to keep their patron's eyes and minds engaged. Also keep in mind, they do have a TO-GO menu... They have a wonderful ambiance for a romantic dinner. A MUST!!!
