Terry Reese has an amazing catering operation. They took my ideas and ran with them the menu that I requested was fulfilled exactly and her chef, Joseph made the dishes come to life. I have used Gold Coast for several large functions at USC. They are responsive to phone calls and requests. They show up very early and their food tastes great. I would recommend them for any event.
