Best Bridal Shop I've Been. Mary Me Bridal is the best bridal shop I had been. I love the clean look with the wood floor. I just love the set up of the bridesmaids department, it is very accesible and arranged well. They have the most selections at affordable prices with quality designers. I chose Jim Hjelm maids. The sales person are very nice an helpful, thank you Jessica.

Best In Bridal Service. I am from out of state and not familiar with the area. I moved here to join my fiancee and planning the wedding....is quite exhaustful without any friends and family to help me. Fortunately my fiancee is very good in driving me around and giving support on my ideas. I visited many bridal salons in Orange County and purchased my wedding gowns thru Mary Me Bridal. I am extremely taken by their professionalism and the help that my consultant had given me. Sue was very accomodating and the fact that I do not have a mother in the area she was very honest in giving her opinion on what looks good on me. My budget is under $1,000 and she selected the most exquisite wedding gown I had seen. I felt it right away that this is my good. She is wonderful and she made my wedding gown choice a happy experience. Their bridesmaids department is the best I had ever seen, it is very clean and dresses are very organized. It did not take me long to pick the bridesmaid dress to suit my weding gown. The entire Mary Me Bridal Salon was very accomodating and helpful. My entire experience with them is a dream and will treasure with the rest of my wedding event.

Terrible, Unprofessional, Rude, Childish, etc.... I purchased my wedding dress and all my bridesmaids dresses here, which makes me wish I could give this place a better rating; but I just can't. I purchased my dress here and our consultant, Edith, was terrible. Our seamstress, Esther, however, was great. Really great and really accomodating. I wish I could go into detail, but this place isn't worth it. Edith was rude, pointed her finger at my mom and walked away, never to be seen again because she didn't want to do the alterations we were requesting on a dress we already paid for in full. She walked away and never came back. NEVER. After several minutes of disbelief, we found the seamstress, showed her the alterations that we wanted and she was able to do them right then and there with the dress still on me. She was very gracious and very accommodating. We never saw the consultant again. I can only assume she went to go and hide because of the childish spectacle she made of herself. If you're going to call yourself a professional, you need to act like one. I've never been treated so badly in my life. What kind of a salesperson points their finger at someone and walks away because they can't take the heat??? My mother is very nice, but we were just making it clear that these were alterations that we would like. All the attendants at the bridesmaids store were great, the seamstress was wonderful and even several other attendants were so nice, but our consultant was a disgusting human being that lacked any sense of decent customer service and manners. I love my dress and I would love to refer this place, but I just can't. Price points and selection are good, but I would rather pay a hell of a lot more elsewhere than to go through that experience again.

Rude over the phone. I just called today to inquire about getting my bridesmaid's dress altered, and the woman who answered the phone was rude. She had a semi-thick accent. She interrupted me several times, talked over me, etc.-and when I asked for a ball park price range for alterations she gave me from $45-$100. (I bought the dress online for only $118)

I told her my dress is a little too big and a little too long (better than being too short and too tight!) she told me I'd have to bring the dress in and talk to the seamstress myself, and that her seamstress is very busy right now (umm, isn't the most busiest bridal season June? and here we are in August) and that in order to bring the dress in for a price quote I'd have to book an appointment. I asked what time they closed tonight, she said "we close at 8pm, but you know, it's not like your going to be able to bring the dress in TODAY! I already told you you had to make an appointment-" I replied "I know! I wasn't trying to bring my dress in today, I need to know what time you close because I need to call you back!" And I just ended up hanging up the phone.

If I'm getting treated this poorly over the phone, I can only imagine how bad I'd be treated in person (this bad or worse!) I will not be giving Mary Me Bridal my business-and I don't care how many good reviews are one them, I'm going strickly off of my personal experience that I had today. EXTREMELY poor customer service, unnecessary snobby-ness and rudeness.

Great Place to buy gown. I had found the most fabulous gown for incredible price,

a European lace Pronovias gown for under $1,500 that is a bargain I had search for many gowns and it is Mary Me Bridal that deliver the gown. My consultant was very helpful and pay attention to details. The store is very clean and many great gowns to choose from. I always stick on my budget and do not ry gowns that are not my budget anyway so I think this helps.

Great Place!. The lady who helped us so was helpful and attentive. She brought over the perfect dresses and paid full attention to what my best friend needed. We bought the perfect gown for her wedding! We couldn't have asked for more !

Not really sharing in my happiness.... This place was pretty bad. I had a fried refer me cause thats where she got her dress, but when I went, nobody really helped me, kind of left to myself. Pretty sad considering i found a dress I liked but left when nobody seemed to want to help me.

Worst BRIDAL SHOP EVER. Do not be fooled by this stores exterior. They appear to have great service and selection, but THAT ALL CHANGES once you pay hundreds of dollars and sign on the line. They ordered a my brides dress 3 sizes too small. They apologized for the error and with the wedding two weeks away, they offered to fix it FOR AN EXTRA $300!!! THIS WAS RIDICULUS SINCE THE DRESS COST $4,000 in the first place. They rip you off on the extras. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I went in person to speak to there Manager, Ester, and she was very unprofessional. She cussed and yelled at me and my fiance in front of other customers, saying that if we could'nt afford a $300 dollar repair, then we dont belong in her store. It was'nt about the money, it was the principle. They admit to making a mistake yet will not hold themselves accountable. STAY AWAY. BRIDES BEWARE!!!!

Great Customer service, prompt and courteous. Mary me bridal was the 1st bridal shop that I went to, I made an appointment with them and when I arrived, the receptionist checked me in -- and within 2 mins I was introduce to a great consultant Susan J.-- Since it was my 1st time, she was really great at pulling out different styles and helping me try them on. After trying on the 2nd dress-- I FOUND MY DRESS!! but she was great and told me to keep trying on others just so I can have a chance to see the other styles on me. Overall, I'm very impressed with the store's selection and their service really made me comfortable. Thanks!
