The BEST AC Company in Orange County.. My Cool Tech experience is a 5 star experience from the start. Mr. Les, is very professional and knows HVAC business to the finest detail. He and his staff are very professional and easy to communicate with. Mr. Les, gave me a quote and couple of days later he delivered and installed my new AC UNIT. I am very happy with his work. I got at least 6 quotes from others, the reason I went with Cool Tech is because Mr. Les made all the difference in the world.

Thank you Mr. Les, my AC UNIT is working just perfect, you did a great job.

Cool Tech Response to Andrade Complaint. Company's Initial Response (Posted 03/25/2011 to the BBB)

As we explained to the CSLB, our reason for stopping work on the job was solely because of the customers failure to get permits for the work we were doing (he asked us to let him assume that responsibilty) as he was doing extensive remodeling to his house and this caused great concern for us. He described certain details of the work he was doing that we knew would be code violations. As we explained to Mr. Andrade we would have been glad to aid him in finishing his project after our scope of work was complete, but not pulling permits leaves us with too much liability. Within a week's time he hired another contractor to remove all that we had installed and that was ready for inspection. We attempted to pull permits on the job to have our work inspected and were informed by the city that the permits had already been pulled. As a result of Mr Andrades' failure to negotiate through the CSLB they have DROPPED THE COMPLAINT.

Liars and Untrustworthy. They trapped us in the contract by offering a very good deal on AC Heat and Electrical. Then lying that they will take 3 days total and work over the weekend on project that we needed to be done ASAP. During the work, they start adding charges, stating they did not include stuffs that they said they would during the quote. The workers take smoke breaks every 20 minutes, they took over a week, just to reinstall AC byself, the condenser has not arrived yet, not replacing the vents, not cleaning ducts nor intake. They are not trustworthy and lie about everything. They already got paid more than 50% then they said they will not continue working anymore on electrical, means breaching the contract, leaving a huge mess and wasting our time and money. They are very unprofessional, yell back to customers when the customer demands what they were offered from get go. Now they are not responsive at all to our phone call or text message. Do not Trust Mark Vera and his boss Les.
