Weseloh Kia is an excellent place. You should see Clarence Sie. I was interested in Kia Optima. He showed me everything I need to know about the car. I am impressed.
The Best Dealer in San Juan Capistrano!!!. I would like to share my great experience. I went to Weseloh KIA at San Juan Capistrano. Mr. Brandon, a young guy, who I highly recommend to see him, gave me a lot of information about the car that I wanted. I had a good experience, which never have in the car dealer. There was no pushing me to corner and I felt free to make the decision. Thank you BRANDON!
Just got a car at Wesloh Kia. So I just purchased a 2008 Sedona at the Wesloh Kia dealership. When they showed me the car the hood was up and it was being worked on getting a "tune up" so I didn't get to see it all over. They worked with us and got us the price we wanted since we were paying cash. However, I bought the vehicle on a Saturday and they said it was getting a full tune up and new tires so it would be a few days. It wasn't ready until Wed. night. Then I get it and notice a smell to the inside. whoever owned it before was a smoker. That's not what bothered me becuase they said I could bring it in and have a deoderizer run through it. When I was opening up compartments (cup holders, etc...) they were filled with ash! You would think them having it for that long they would clean it properly. Then day 3 of having the car I notice a funny smell when I turn the engine off. There was a leak in my driveway the next morning and what looks like oil splattered on my car down by the tires. I thenm open the hood to see a puddle of fluid just sitting on the engine. NOT happy with them so far. They also don't offer loner's so I can't just drop my car off and be without a car for work. Very frustrating to say the least. I'm justr glad the car is still under warranty. Less than a week old and problems already!!
Great Buying Experience.
I am a retired police chief and honesty and integrity are big in my book. I've also purchased fleet vehicles for 18 years and have dealt with dozens of car dealers. After researching numerous cars (Toyota Camry, Nissan Altima, Chevy, Hundai Sonata, Ford, etc. etc.) I decided to replace my wife's leased Altima with a new Kia Optima.
I drove a long way to Weseloh Kia to purchase this car bypassing other local Kia dealerships because of my knowledge, long history and dealings with the Weseloh and Aldrich family. I knew I would get the best deal out of any other dealership and I knew I could trust them. They had the car in stock we wanted which resulted in a no pressure, honest deal. Having purchased fleet vehicles for many years, I know how to buy a car. Weseloh Kia gave me the killer deal I wanted without any hassles as well as a fair trade of the leased vehicle we had. The management, sales staff, and everyone else was top notch, professional, polite, and made me very comfortable.
As far as the new Kia Optima, we got a loaded EX and we love it. I am very picky when it comes to cars. I've owned Toyota Camrys, Nissan Altima, VW Passat, and others and test drove many cars before purchasing this Kia. You can't beat the price and features comparing any similar cars. The Infinity sound system with Sirius radio is unbelieveable. The car has very comfortable seats and rides better than the competition I test drove.
Give Weseloh Kia a shot. I'd be highly surprised if you didn't come away with the experience that I did.

Let's face it -most people do not like going thru the endless pain of the car buying process.
Well, it was time to start looking for my daughter's first car so we took a drive to check out the Sorento at Weseloh in Capistranot. We met Sameer and quickly explained we were just looking to see what was available and what the car looked like. He was great and didn't give us any pressure. My daughter went back a couple of days later to look at the cars again and was able to get questions answered without the typical sales pressure. We liked the car so it was time to go back and sit down with Sameer. Even though Sameer was very nice and hadn't applied any pressure yet, I assumed that was about to change once we start talking price. After all, this is still a car dealership.
However, let me tell you that this was one of the best transactions I have had out of all of my previous cars purchased. There was no BS at all during the process. I think we were there for a litle more than an hour (that included the car getting washed) and walked away with an incredible deal. I did the research so I know that we got a great deal. The finance mgr. went thru his steps and he told us about the options we had but without the standard high pressure tactics.
I was very impressed with everyone we came into contact with at the dealership. Everyone had a postive and polite attitude. I would highly recommend Weseloh Kia and make sure you ask for Sameer

Chang & Brandon are the best at Weseloh Kia. I went to Weseloh Kia today in San Juan Capistrano. I was ushered around by a nice man named Chang. He showed me a few cars and then let me drive one that I really liked so I decided to purchase it. Brandon Schock was the salesman who took care of me. He was really sweet and listened to all of my little old lady stories and put up with looking at some pictures. I rate these guys A-1 so give em a raise Mr. Weseloh. Linda Stefani

These guys bait and switch you until you're so frustrated you just pay the bill out of frustration. I made an appointment, left my car. They never called, so I called them at 3:30. "Oh we're just looking at it." Call back at 5:00 because I hadn't heard anything...same line...but now they're keeping my car overnight.
They charged me for a bunch of things that weren't communicated until the car was done. Total scam!

I went back to Weseloh Kia at Laguna because the sale person, name CHANG. He is very professional. My wife got Sporte, used but it's good. No pressure from dealer or sales person.

Ask for Fausto. I had a great experience with Weseloh Kia and I want you to know about it. My wife and I were looking for a 2008 Kia sportage and found one at both Carmax in Irvine & at Weseloh Kia. We started our day at the Carmax checking out the used sportage and had a really poor experience with a salesperson there. We left and drove over to Weseloh Kia and were greeted by Fausto Esquivel, our sales person. Fausto showed us the used 2008 sportage on his lot, but then referred us to a pre-owned 2010 Kia Soul. From the outside I did not know what to expect, but once he showed us the inside, it was really large! It is like a small suv. My wife and I fell in love with the Soul and especially after we went on a test drive with Fausto around San Juan Capistrano and the I-5. On the 5, it was great to see the awesome pickup of the soul. Aside from the Soul which we purchased, Fausto was a true professional and not a pushy salesperson like over at carmax. He has been a pleasure to deal with and is someone you can really trust. If I had more money, I would have bought a second car from Fausto! Maybe next year! Go to Weseloh Kia, ask for Fausto and you'll be happy you did!
