Management Big Issue here. Don't even think about it it took 100 days to get my deposit back. I had my CC company handle as the management would not process. Large apts yes , many of them filled with many many people. I walked through people were sitting on the porches putting items on the porch because they has too many people in the apt.

UPDATE after finally getting my 200 back.....months later - they tries to double bill me and turn me over to a collection company. What a joke...I had all my backup..imagine that fight for your deposit get it back from the CC company less the app fee. They then try to charge the app fee again and get another 200 deposit. Thanks god someone in their regional office accounting had a brain and quickly corrected. I was even a tenant and they put me through this crap. Not good!!!!!

Think long and hard -if the management takes a full refundable apt deposit and you have to fight to get it back - think long and hard about living here..
