GREAT FOOD IF YOU WANT A BURGER AND FRIES OR MEXICAN ENTREES - CASH ONLY- HORRIBLE SERVICE. I also experience the "rude service" when I go in there but I got past that.

I also paid $7 for a grilled cheese and ham sandwich and fries were extra.

I said I would never go in there again.

My co-workers convinced me to go back. I am glad they did.

If you want a "healthy helping (not good for you) of burger and fries, this is definitely the place to go before an Angel's or Duck's game or any other POND (aka theHonda Center) event.

I walk out of there with more food than I can finish for $4.50.

The rudeness is what takes this down to an average joint. The food is definitely above average if you stick to burgers and fries or the mexican entrees.

very bad customer service, tried to charge different pricing $18.00 for cheeseburger special and grilled cheese sandwich. told us to never come back in broken english we could barely understand. RUDE. WE WENT THERE TO THE DRIVE THRU TO GET A CHEESE BURGER AND GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH THERE WAS A SPECIAL ON THE WINDOW FOR ABOUT 5 OR 6 DOLLARS FOR THE CHEESE BURGER AND FRIES WITH A DRINK THE GIRL TRIED TO CHARGE 10 DOLLARS FOR THAT AND THEN THE GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH AND OUR TOTAL WAS MORE THAN 18 DOLLARS. WE TOLD HER IT WAS WRONG AND SHE TOLD US NO IT WAS NOT AND THERE WAS NO SPECIAL AND WE SHOULD NEVER COME BACK AGAIN. SHE BARELY SPOKE ENGLISH AND WE COULD BARELY UNDERSTAND HER. DO NOT GO THERE THEY ARE THE RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER SEEN WE ALSO SPOKE TO THE MANAGER WHO ALSO SPOKE BROKEN ENGLISH HE WAS ALSO VERY RUDE. WE WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN AND WE WILL LET ALL OF THE PEOPLE WE KNOW NOT TO GO THERE. WE ALSO OWN A BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THERE IS.
