Great company. Great appliance repair business. Just had my Maytag washer repaired. The repairman (Jeff) was quick, efficient, and professional. Diagnosed the problem in seconds. Had the parts in his truck. Prices are what to be expected from qualified repairmen. Came to my house the day after I called. I will definitely give Jeff a call again.

Brilliant Repair. Outstanding company! Had a dryer that went south. The guy that came was quick, efficient and clean. He explained what the problem was and had the parts to fix it. He knows what he is doing! Decent prices and excellent service. I would definitely call them again.

Slow on getting parts, poor customer service. Not impressed. They took almost a week to call me back with an estimate, then they took 2 weeks getting the parts. The tech was all in a rush to get out my house and kind of bushed all my questions off. I just hope that it's fixed and I dont have to call them back again.

They are ok, kind of expensive.. Had them repair my washer a few days ago. They came a little late and did not call me 30 min ahead of time as I requested. The repairman was ok, he didnt smile very much, but he wasnt rude. He gave me an estimate, I thought the labor was high. I tried to bargain with him but he wouldnt go down. He said thats how much he is supposed to charge. I didnt do the repair. I called around and had a guy come out and do it for cheaper.

Know their stuff!. have used other service companies in the past, but was never happy until using OCSW. the repairman new just what to do,took care of the problem in no time. he was very personable and evengave me some helpful tips on using and caring for all my appliances. will always use them and tell others to as well.

Best Appliance Repair Shop in Orange County. I have dealt with dozens of appliance repair places in the past. This is the first one who was prompt, great customer service and went the extra mile. I highly recommend them ... you will be pleased with their service!

best refrigerator repair in orange county. The guy that came to my house really really knew what he was talking unlike some guys out there. They were really understanding and Ive actually had them out here a few times in the past year.

I reccommend this repair service to anyone in the oc.

I've even recommended them to my mom who lives in fullerton. she was due for a new washer but after they came out, the thing is outliving its life span.

great place to use for svc on your appliance. I loved the quick and friendly service I received from OCWS. The repairman was very knowledgable and helpful, even giving me tips on how to keep my other appliances running their best when I actually only called about my refrigerator. Repairs were done on the spot. Even the woman who answered the phone was pleasant and business like, unlike a lot of places. I will recomend this company to everyone I know.

Bad Business. I should have looked at reviews before calling them. They are just bad. Some guy came to my house, charged me a boat load of money and said that he will be back with a day or two. He came back 2 weeks later... Fixed the fridge. The fridge worked for 3 days and now is having the same problem....

Great Service. Our experience with this company was very satisfactory. Initial telephone contact was polite. Service was prompt, as promised. Jeff was very personable and explained everything he was doing in easy to understand terms. He had the needed parts, and the repair was quickly completed. Highly recommened.
