You Can't Buy Good MP3 Players Here.
Fry's is almost complete. It sells appliances, hair products, children's toys, game consoles, computers, laptop bags, etc. The only thing that I was disappointed about Fry's is the limited number of MP3 players that they have in stock! I was surprised to see that they only had about 5 or 7 brands of MP3 players, and they are not even the top-of-the-line kind. They are selling a brand named Coby, and other brands that are not known at all. I think this is because Apple has totally wiped out all its rivals in the world of MP3 players and consumers can get their iPods from Walmart.
If you are into computers, Fry's is the perfect store for you.
I Could Walk Around this Store for Hours.
I love this store. I always end up leaving with more than what was on my list. I have had issues with rebates in the past. So I only buy if I don't care about the rebate.
Great place for computer building.
The only complaint I have is when they have a sale . They always run out by the time I get there.
WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
I agree. I had the same experience with a computer I had purchased from there a few years back. It crashed about a year into it, I took it in, paid what was needed for the service. Took nearly a month to get it back. When I finally got it home, I turned it on and turns out NOTHING WAS DONE! I go back to the store, tell them whats going on, and they blamed it on me. I must have downloaded a virus as soon as I plugged it in. They wanted to charge me again for a second service repair. After some arguing with the employees and managers (which by the way should instead be flipping burgers at a McDonalds down the street) they agreed to do the service for free.
Unfortunatelly I have to go back yet again for another repair on a second computer. My fault for not learning not to shop there.
THIS PLACE IS HELL'S GATES!

Definitely Employees are writing reviews!. I have been in the customer service industry for over 10 years and I know what customer service is! The Managers at this store location are all very rude and do not want to deal with any complaints. They just let you know, the world is not fare and thats just the way it is. They then just walk away and leaving you there with not even resolving the issue! I bought 2 Sony TVs. on 11/23/07. I was told that they had 3 in stock and was a open box. I told them that I do not want the open box. I then went to the register to pay and just in that minute, they had lost/misplaced 1 of my TVs. It took them 45 minutes for a sales associate to call the register and said they found it. When I got home and started to open the box I notice that one was open already. I called and requested to talk to the same Manager that knew what was going on. She told me to keep the TVs. and they would call around to see if any store had a new TV and they would call me to let me know. Its has been almost 1 month and I have had to call 3 times with out any results. I am like 1 hour away from the store! Well guess what I called the store and was told that they have 7 of this TVs in stock and no one had bothered to contact me to exchange my used one. Well guess what, I am returning 2 TVs and will go purchase it online for $70.00 more but I will have the satisfaction on knowing they did not get my HARD EARN MONEY! VERY RUDE AND POOR CUSOMER SERVICE! THESE REVIEWS ARE BEING WRITTEN BY FRY'S STAFF!!!
