Same thing here. Margo took my deposit. Kept telling me we are good and every question I would ask took me a day of waiting for a returned call. I had to call them and then same thing over until I cancelled because I could not get an answer and it was to close to my vacation. Of course now they tell me the deposit is none returnable and that's what it says in the contract. That I never saw of course.

Terrible Place, and a Scam. Do not rent from here! Not only did they put our group on the road in an RV with mechanical issues, but they also did NOT return our deposit. In fact, they made up bogus damages and threw us under the bus when it was time to return the consignment RV to its owners. No documentation has been provided to outline any repairs or the costs associated with them whatsoever, and it has been three months now. Phone calls are not returned either. A truly terrible place full of unethical business dealings and scams.

BEWARE! they don't like to return deposits. BEWARE- the contract they make you sign has about a hundred different petty, picky little things. The lot guy is nice, and he walks you through everything. And, yes, the motorhome looks good. But after a few hours closed up in it - it smells like a cheap motel. Stale. Ugh. MOST IMPORTANTLY know that Bob's is in no hurry to return your deposit. Even if you do everything you are supposed to and are entitled to a full return of the deposit, they'll keep you waiting.... waiting.... waiting. The contract says you will get your money back in 14 days. Don't believe it. You call and ask, and they give you the runaround. You send e-mail, and they don't answer. I think they just want to hold on to your money. Still waiting for my deposit. I would get a lawyer, but it would cost me more money than I'm owed. Would not likely rent from these people again.

Not Happy.
They failed to return my calls despite promising to do so several times and they delayed me so long they backed me into a corner so I could't go anywhere else.
Once they did call me back, they gave me no time to get the insurance coverage arranged so I wound up paying them extra.
They changed (increased) the price they quoted me over the phone and held my deposit for a lot longer then indicated.
I wil not do business with Bob's Motor Home again.

Renter Beware. Would not rent there again. After reading the rental contract and looking around my senses were telling me to beware. The motor home that I was renting was only two years old and looked great. I feel that they knew all the things that were wrong with the motor home and rented it anyways. Beware! I think that this company has been in business for 17 years, but I doubt that it is by the people that are running it now.
