Too Noisy, No Parking, Pool Never Open. Occupants downstairs played stereo so loud with subwoofers that my floor vibrated. Manger stated that he would get me another room but never did.

Lack of parking due to old abandoned cars in parking lot. Owner posted tow signs on car windows but never towed. Had to frequently park along side of building Inot a parking area). Parking lot dark, not enough lights.

Pool never open. Owner posted obviously fake computer generated sign (paper sign) stating pool was closed per health dept. Pool was clean (saw it drained and refilled ). Never had gate to pool unlocked. Owner swam in pool.

Just don't do it! Stay at the Pepper Tree. It's really nice.
