Do not go here. I sent in a printer to get fixed and for 2 months never got a call. So I called and asked what's the status of my printer. He said; " I'll call you when it's ready". Never heard from him since and already forked out the cash to get it fixed. I went to Craigslist and found the same printer like mine and only paid $50 for it and it works great. Screw this shop.

CSA. My computer was shut down immediately & had the burning smell after a sudden line surge. AT&T company told me to have it fixed & they would reimburse me for all expenses including the data recovery. Computer Systems Approach, Inc. helped me not only for the quick recovering of my extremely important data, but also making it runs much faster than before. I thought the company would take advantage of the opportunity to charge a little higher. But when I looked at the bill, I was impressed. I DEEPLY APPRECIATED Dr. Canter & the company for the job well done. Thank You very much GD for introducing me to CSA.

Great Staff. Had trouble with my customers pc, brought it in and their PC tech fixed it! Wonderful! My customer is so happy, and i'll never forget CSAs knowledge is more than mine.

Ultra nice staff. After calling the staff found that the price they quoted was firm. Had CSA build my game pc. Has 6 hard drives all sata, 3 pcie x16 vga cards, 1 terabyte ram ddr3, blueray r/ rw, dvdrom and have raid 06 and love it. rock solid performance. bet all my friends now! Lots of fun and WOW PC!!!!!

Wow Great Place!!!!. Brought my pc there with lots of viruses. they told me flat out that there was no way to save anything cause if they did and saved and put back anything the whole pc would have viruses again... no one else out there would tell me this, thanks CSA

Gteat Old Company. Have been bringing my Epson photo 390 here since 2001, found out that company is 32 years old! They also found a free software program that kills that pesky "ANTIVIRUS 2008" and quickly! Great guys and gals working there.

Good service, fair price. I have had some trouble with my computer lately, it would not boot correctly and was very slow. I finally took it in to be fixed, the staff was very friendly and informative. They give me a couple anti-spyware programs and some advice on how to keep my system protected too. It is now working great and is much faster. Thanks for the good work.

Go Some where Else. This guy is so not honest it will shock you. After paying more than twice the amount of another computer repair service I had to bring his repair back for rework after just 2o days. Before leaving the store the 1st time he said he warrantied his work for 30 days. You would think he would humbly repair his own work apologize for any inconveince. Not this guy. He made me wait over a week, then he wanted to charge me for the second repair.

He said it took him longer than he thought. It took him longer and it wasn't done correctly to begin with, yet he wants to charge you for his own incompetence, for his owned warrantied work! Just amazing how unprofessional the owner acts. Go anywhere else before you go here!
