view & uploadA wonderful Persian meal of kabob soltani and rice hits the spot. The food is always delicious.
Great food and Great service. Hatam food is the best. You will not be disappointed. I have tried other so called Persian restaurants but food quality and price at Hatam is unbeatable.
Good food - Worst Service.
I wouldn't even give them 1 star, This restaurant is a disgrace to Persian Food and to Persians.
The owner is so rude (afsaneh), I took my American friends there to show them my culture and the lady came up to us and said :" Chi mikhori?" (what will you eat?) without giving us a menu or even being polite about it..
I have told everybody not to go there, because of the service.. The food is good but what's good food when the service is crap...
I would not recommend this restaurant.. You have other options: Bahar, Caspian, Orchid,...
Flies. ...It might have been a spooked thing, I was expecting for someone to say something like - sorry about the fly on the iced tea. This guy did not say anything at all!!! No one did! A small apology is good enough for me. Anyhow, As I maintain my coolness I noticed there are flies flying around in the restaurant. Needless to say, no way I am going back.
The best Persian food ever. Everything is wonderful. Huge portions, high quality, but cheap!! Family style restaurant with great service. Everything is great, especially the Lobia Pollo and shish kabob.
Comfort Food at Its Best.
Hatam's is comfort food at its best. From the bademjan (eggplant and beef stew) to the koobideh (beef or chicken kabob) to the sabzi polo (herbed rice) and albalou polo (sour cherry rice) everything is homemade and delicious. There is no alcohol served here and all the meat is Halal. It is a wonderful family place where the service is professional and friendly and homey at the same time. You will only be a stranger here one time, after that you are family.
My favorite is the beef koobideh with a side of olivieh (a Persian potato salad with peas and chicken). Every meal includes rice, which is the best basmati rice to come out of any kitchen. Treat yourself to the combination of appetizers which includes maust o'kahir (yogurt with cucumber), maust o'masir (yogurt with shallots, salad shirazi (chopped cucumber, tomato, onion, in a lemon dressing, and hummus (a garbanzo bean puree). Your family will love you for it.
