Excellent Care. I had severe lower back pain due to a 7mm disc bulge when I initially came in to see Dr. Kausler. I felt very confident after my first visit that I would regain my health. Today, my back pain is completely gone and I have full range of motion again. I'm very pleased with the care I receive from Dr. Kausler and his caring and friendly staff.

Dr. Keith Kausler - Stay Away. I had been going to Orange Coast Chiropractic Group using Dr. Kausler for my Chiropractic services, and found him through a living social deal, excellent massage therapists, and the Dr. Kausler gives great adjustments. I paid for 20 Massage, Adjustment, and Ionic Footbath packages in advance.

Unfortunately he has gone overboard with Living Social and Groupon deals over the past year. Now over the past three month when scheduling appointments and showing up to them early I or my wife were told that there must have been a mistake and that we were not scheduled for massages on those appointment days, even though from the time past I or my wife personally scheduled the appointment with the receptionist while I we were standing there.

The first time it happened to my wife she actually showed up an hour early by accident and Dr. Kausler told her she was not scheduled and that she made a mistake. Funny thing is I am the one who made the appointment with the receptionist. He told her she could wait for two hours because there was a cancellation at 5 pm. She explained that she had appointments later but since she was an hour early should he not contact the person that was put in her place and ask them to come an hour later since she is already there? Makes Sense doesn't it, she shouldn't have to pay for Dr. Kausler's screw-ups? He told my wife if she didn't like it she could leave (what a looser). The guy has nerve I called and asked him what the heck is going on he said, O your wife must have screwed up, I told him it was me who made the appointment, in-house so it was a mix up on his end. He then decided to blame the front office assistant; well ok we will let this go and see what happens in the future.

The following month when it was my appointment, the same things happen and again Dr. Kausler's blames someone else, and finally it happened again. I had another huge argument with him but he never takes the blame on anything and the truth be told other people were complaining about the same thing when I would be waiting in the lobby for my turn. Basically he oversold the Living Social and Groupon, got my money up front so anytime a high paying insurance case contact him or needs to be fitted in the schedule he bumps anyone else.

Dr. Kausler's might give a good adjustment but this guy is dishonest and doesn't care about his patients, employees, or anyone else except himself! Stay far away from Orange Coast Chiropractic and Dr. Kausler.

SCAM ARTISTS/QUACKS. SCAM ARTIST: What a horrible, horrible place. Like everyone said, it takes forever to get through on the phone and this place sells scams. I only got the detox foot soak because it came with the groupon coupon and after I left I researched to find out it is a scam. (While you are soaking they make you listen to a boring, monotone sales pitch by the owner and he even mentions that groupon certificate holders do not get the same service as regular patients because they don't make any money. I guess the concept of impressing a new patient on their first visit is beyond their comprehension.

I suggest you do the same. Then because they are only trying to sell,sell, sell, and then sell again I didn't get into the massage room until 10 min. past my start time. I asked the massage therapist whether I was still going to receive my full hour and she said she would have to check with the doctor. She came back and said they would not give me my full hour and I would have to reschedule because they could hold up the person after me.

So I decided to leave instead of losing 15 min. and the doctor was so rude and unapologetic and said, "If we went 10 min. over with every person we would be here until 9 PM."

I said it was not my fault they kept me starting my appointment on time. The owner suggested I leave and get a refund. That is exactly what I thankfully did. As soon as I got home and read the horrible reviews this place received I was so glad I do not have to ever go back there. There are way too many good, decent, non-scam artist, none-quack chiropractors out there.

BAD SERVICE. Do not buy the Groupon! - BAD SERVICE - My wife and I showed up for our scheduled appointment today and were told that we were scheduled an hour prior to when we showed up, therefore our Groupons had already been redeemed. News to us! They also said we were supposed to email them with our names and appointment times, but we were never told that. The staff, including the chiropractor, were not professional and automatically assumed we were at fault. He did tell me that he has had "staffing issues" recently. It was their mistake but we were made to feel like we had done something wrong. He refunded our money but he did not care that we had driven forty miles round-trip and had basically wasted an hour and a half of our time. They were confrontational and unpleasant. We went there to relax but he and his staff caused us stress and embarrassment. This office is very disorganized.and poorly managed. He is definitely not focussed on customer service. This was the worst experience ever! It looks like he is more interested in selling a lot of Groupons and LivingSocial deals than caring for customers. Disappointment is guaranteed.

GREAT!!!. Dr. Keith Kausler is not only an amazing chiropractor but also an amazing human being: he's willing to help anyone regardless of their economic situation. I did an incredible progress with him in only a couple sessions. When you walk in his office, you'll find an outstanding professional and a friend: Thank you Dr. Keith :)

Great. Dr. Kausler was able to help me with lower back and knee pain that I was having due to sports injuries. I have been seeing Dr. Kausler for over a year now and it has been a great experience. I no longer have any pain and am able to compete at a much higher level. I would recommend him to anyone due to his flexibility and great personality. He is also very skilled in Chiropractic and has over 31 years of knowledge in the field.

Best Chiropractor I have ever been to. I have been to a several chiropractors and Dr. Kausler is by far the best one I have been to. I recommend him to my friends, family, everyone!! He is one of the few doctors that is genuinely trying to help people and works with you no matter what your financial situation. I didn't feel like he was trying to set me up to make money off of me. I don't think I am going to go to any other chiropractor as long as I'm living in S. Cali. :). I tried going to an acupuncturist but it was way too expensive!! Thanks Doc!
