We heard about the new 601 law last year but not sure what to do. My friend got his 601 approved from this attorney and recommends him to us. We went for a meeting. Charles is very good at 601. He understands the requirements and how to present our case. We signed up and now have the first step approved! We are ready to file our 601 case now!
My brother and I are the dream act kids and we want to apply for the deferred action. To avoid any unforeseen issues, we hired Charles Medina. Charles handled our cases from beginning to end in a very efficient, clear and professional manner. His team was prompt with my many emails and has been so helpful. We want to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
i usually don’t like to follow online review. this time my wife found this attorney online and it turned out very good.
My husband was caught when driving without license. Then they put him Lancaster and then transfer him to Otero county facility in New Mexico and try to deport him. We were so worry he will be sent back to Mexico. The good thing is my friend gave me Charles phone number and I call him right away. Charles is very experienced in getting people out from the detention. Within 2 weeks, my husband was granted the bond and he is out and my kids are no longer crying every day. Thank you!
I want to share my story here and encourage all abused wives stand up and fight for their lives. I came here 5 years ago from the Philippines and overstayed my visa. I met my husband, who is a US citizen. Before we married, I didn’t know he has really bad temper. Whenever he was drunk, he beat me. I tried to leave him but he kept all my documents and passport. Whenever I mentioned divorce, he would just hit me harder and threaten to report me to immigration and deport me. I was so scared and didn’t know what to do.
My friend told me to talk to an immigration attorney. I found Atty. Medina from the newspaper and went to talk to him. Atty. Medina is a very nice guy, very patient and sympathetic on my situation. He explained in detail how I can qualify under the battered spouse law. Now, I have my green card and I regain my life. Thank you Atty. Medina. God bless you.
Let them explain to you how immigration law works. I’m a restaurant owner. One of my employees got stuck with his immigration case and a friend of mine told me to talk to them. Quite knowledgeable and helpful. It’s not easy to find someone that knows what they’re talking about.
Thank you for getting my wife’s I-601 waiver approved in Ciudad Juarez! She is back now and we’re really happy about that.
I have my green card for almost 30 years but never applied for citizenship because of a mistake I made when I was 16. I went to TJ with my friends. I was drunk when my friends drove me back to CA. I did not even know that there is another person (I don't know him and I never met with him) in the car. When we tried to get in the border, the police stoped us and asked all of us who the hell is that unknown person. And the worst part is the police is accusing me to smuggle illegal alien because that guy is not a citizen or green card. I was put in the station and asked for hours. Finally, they removed the guy and allowed us to get in. BUT they told me that there is a record of alien smuggling in my file and I might get into trouble with immigration in the future! What the hell! I did not know anything about it and did not do anything wrong.
For all these years, I just live quietly and did not even bother to apply for citizenship. Until I met my wife 2 years ago and I need to become a US citizen. I still struggled on what to do. Finally, my friend recommended this attorney to me. I called him and explained the whole thing. He helped me out in preparing the case and went to the interview with me. I was so nervous in the interview. The officer did ask me tons of questions about the charge in my record.
Thanks for Charles's good job! I passed the interview without any problem and the officer believed what I said (which is the TRUTH!) Last week, I took the oath and now I am a US CITIZEN!!! Thumbs up to this firm and this attorney Charles Medina!
H1b visa approved! My H1b was denied and I only have 15 days to file an appeal (my previous attorney didn’t give me the denial notice right away!). I found this firm online by following the google review. Charles put my case in top priority and I was impressed by his passion, knowledge and efficiency. I’ve never seen any attorney cares my case and fights for me like him. Finally, my case was approved! Now, I am going with him for my green card application!
My wife has a green card for over 10 years. Recently, she applied for the US citizenship and got a DENIAL. Immigration said she has a deportation order in the 90s and will take away her green card!!! We were completely shocked when we heard this. There was no problem when I petitioned her green card 10 years ago. We never knew about this deportation until now. We never have any problem going to the Philippines (my wife’s country) and coming back to the state.
When we were panicking, my sister in law gave me Charles’s phone number and asked us to give him a call. Charles is very professional and knowledgeable. He reviewed our files and gave us a whole picture of what happened in my wife’s immigration history. He gave us some options and we decided to follow his advice. We understand the process will be complicated and cause lot of heart aches. But we are confident that we can do it with Charles’s support and help! Great immigration attorney!
