I have been a long time client of Mr. Medina law firm. Thankfully, my family and I got our citizenship several days ago. From undocumented for 10 years, sent to immigration court, getting my VAWA approved towards green card path was not an easy process for us, especially my 3 young kids. There were so many paper work and uncertainties. Without the help of the Law office of Charles Medina, I might have given up in the complex process and went back to the Philippines. Before my interview, I was so scared and lost faith in myself. Mr. Medina came to help me and worked on my concerns professionally and friendly. Thank you very much for getting my DACA approved! I came to the US with a conditional green card. However, my green card expired a few years ago. When Obama passed the Dream Act, I was so excited. I thought I can get my status back. I searched online and found some good reviews of the Law Office of Charles Medina. During the consultation, Mr. Medina discovered that I was sent to the immigration court and had a DEPORTATION order because I failed to remove the condition. I was so depressed and thought I will never qualify under the Dream Act. However, Mr. Medina was able to help me to get my DACA approved! I was so thrilled!!! Thank you very much!!!

I came here 15 years ago as a C-1 visa and stayed until now. My husband is a us citizen and wants to petition me. We asked for more than 10 attorneys in san Francisco area but they all told me that I can’t get my green card in the us. Finally, I found Attorney Medina from the Asian Journal newspaper. He reviewed my case carefully and explained the difficulties us but he thinks I have a chance to get my green card. We filed the case and got 2 notices from immigration to ask for more documents. Sign of relief:)))) Finally got my F-1 status back, thank you guys! I was studying in an ESL to prepare the TOEFL exam for my college application. I skipped some courses and the teacher told me it’s ok. But later on, they kicked me out without telling me anything. I found out this only when I applied for my college. I thought that’s the end of my life until I found them. You helped me go through the whole process. I know sometimes I call you guys too much! I think I can apply for the new 601 provisional waiver program but now sure I should do it on my own or get an attorney. My friend told me I should not do it on my own because it’s risky. She gave me this attorney’s contact info. I called him and found out that he is very knowledgeable about 601 waiver and got couples of cases approved! Now im more confidant hiring him as my immigration attorney!

My husband did some stupid things a few years ago, went to jail and was deported to Mexico. We’ve looking for a good immigration attorney and finally got a referral from my friend. My husband’s case is complication (criminal related). I met briefly with Charles who established trust and confidence immediately. Charles is a nice person with great knowledge and experience. We could see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Immigration matters can very confusing and intimidating, especially for criminal conviction. Trust me, if it is not done right, it can be a real nightmare. Get the right attorney!
