This was the absolute WORST mani/pedi i have EVER received. Wow. Where do I begin. I'm not normally one to take time out of my day to write a review but this was pretty bad so I am making a point to. I bought a groupon as the price for the shellac mani and pedi was great. Tawny, the owner is the only one in the shop that does nails so she did both. The place is not the cleanest but they were all very nice and personable. Unfortunately, Tawny has absolutely no skills to do nails. She is sloppy and I now wonder if she even has a license as it was that bad. My pedicure was a 5 minute soak, her giving me the weirdest shaped toe nails and then painting my toes so sloppy I could feel the paint hitting my toes and not my nails. It is no wonder as she barely even touched my feet or toes. NO MASSAGE, No lotion, no heel scrub, nothing, just a soak, trim and paint job. She stopped 4 times to answer the phone and help other people. Then the Shellac manicure, basically the same thing. Crappy polish job, no massage, no lotion. I'm trying to file the shellac off my finger where she overlapped it and it just looks sloppy. I know red is a hard color for some but really?? Tawny, I'm really sorry, you seem like a really nice lady but you need to pick a different career cause this one is not for you.

I sorry you feel that way Kristina. I'm not sure why you feel that the place isn't clean when all we get are wonderful compliments on how well the place is kept. But we will try our best to be more immaculate. All our returning customers are very happy with all our services!! But I guess it's only the obvious that some customers need to go to higher end salons with the high end attitudes. Thanks for trying us out anyways.

Awesome salon with friendly people!. I had a great experience here. I had purchased a deal to get a Shellac manicure and regular pedicure, and I am so satisfied with the results! They did not have the exact color of standard polish to match the gel polish, but they were more than willing to mix colors for me to get me the look that I wanted. The regular price for a shellac manicure alone is a great price, I will certainly be returning for more nail services (and a haircut ;) )
