Great Place for a Vegetarian!. You are missing out if you don't try Rutabegorz. The portions are large and the food is fresh and flavorful. As a vegetarian I usually have a hard time finding a retaurant both me and my meat eating husband love and this restaurant works for both of us. It is one of my favorite retaurants. Don't forget to get a warm cookie for dessert!

if you like vegetables and healthy complex meals this is your spot.. i dont like vegetables, i dont like complex foods, i dont like most things about this restaurant. But i know its still a great restaurant i can eat there because the service is wonderful and will work with you on what you want to eat. My wife obsessed with this place with all of her friends. The food is great and very healthy just not for everyone

Good & healthy food, tons of menu choices. A very cool, kinda funky (but in a good way) restaurant in a historical building built in 1914. They have HUGH menu (over 120 items, NOT including drinks & desert!), very healthy, lot of veggies and great for vegetarians! I have yet to make it through each of the 27 salads they offer. They also have incredible homemade deserts, cookies, etc. I have heard (but not witnessed myself) for Christmas they will completely decorate a Christmas tree, with presents and all, and hang it upside down from the 16 foot(?) ceiling. how fun is that???

No Burgers Here!. My son tried to order a burger and was told "your parents took you to the wrong place". Rutabegorz serves healthy, fresh food in a pleasant and unpresuming atmosphere. The salads are varied and generous with lots of fresh veges, e.g. chicken avocado, Greek, Chinese chicken, with delicious home-made dressings, e.g. Thai peanut, poppyseed. They also serve fresh sandwiches, smoothies, burritos, hot foods as cheese fondue, enchiladas, quesadillas... it's good!
